Warm pan and no sticking or warping
I'm very enjoying using this pan, which was a replacement of my old "biscuit" pan of a different brand, supposedly non-stick, but that held inflexible to nearly everything baked on it. I needed a medium sized pan, since my oven is an apartment sized one, but not a terribly tight pan, either, and this pan fits the bill. It will easily hold 8 large biscuits so if I have company I don't have to make two pans, but still fits easily into my smaller oven. So far this pan has been lawful perfect, no sticking whatever and no warping as a few others have complained of. Biscuits and cookies slide right off when done, although I do use a cooking difference feast when baking any type of cookies. It's also very easy to clean, no scrubbing necessary, as everything seemingly stuck so far has been wonderful easy to wipe off with a wet sponge or a damp paper towel. I don't own a dish washer so can't judge how well it holds up to non-jointly washing. Unlike other non-stick pans I've owned in the past, this one so far has shown no signs of discoloring, that abominable sort of gold stain that I suppose comes from butter or margarine or cooking spray that often tends to act on non-stick pans after regular use and can't be removed. I particularly wanted a pan that had a slight raised edge or rim as my air-bake pan allows cookies to neglect off into the oven floor if I'm not careful when I start to slide the pan out. This one keeps the baked items ON the pan even if you tilt it a not enough accidently when removing from the oven. Things like rolls, biscuits, and cookies all brown nicely and don't waste on the bottom, so overall this has been a good purchase for me and is recommended highly.
not the blue blood I wanted
I bake a lot, so I'm warm of picky about the sheets I use. I thought these were the thicker, higher quality sheets from Baker's Secret that I am tolerant of to. They are not. They are very thin and as a result you don't get the consistency in any cookies you are trying to make. The nice thing about them is the size. Two can fit on the same oven adversity while still allowing the oven door to close. These aren't garbage by any means. Baker's Secret makes worthy stuff. But if you're looking for HIGH quality sheets, spend more on something else.
Favourable general purpose pan, especially for city dweller
These are exceptionally great if you are in a city apartment as they give you more options as to where you can store them. They are smaller, but since there are two, you can just use both if you need more space. They are not coarse pans, as one of the reviewers listed, but if you are interested in them for basic home cooking, they seem appropriate. I was glad I bought them.
Cookie sheets
These cookie sheets warped reduce on first use. Also the metal is stained from the cookies, I am now using parchment paper to make cookies on them. The price was ok, but I judge I'd rather pay a little more next time, and get some that are more durable.
Documentation Nonstick Baking Pan And A Great Value
I needed a diminutive baking pan for miscellaneous oven duties, so I bought this one, which is approximately 10" by 13". I don't actually use the pan for cookies, but do use it for a pack of other things such as baking chicken or vegetables, and have found it to be sturdy and easy to clean. I don't use metal utensils with it and have thus far not practised any serious scratching issues; being dishwasher safe was also vital for me, and it has always come out of the dishwasher clean.

This pan is more than adequate for commonplace household use, and is an excellent value.

Is there a cookie sheet that has a self cutting grid? ?

I'm making bhaklavas in a large cookie sheet and I yearn for to cut them into exact sizes in one motion with some sort of cookie cutter that fits the entire pan like a grid. Is there anything like this online? What other people use? Is there an surrogate to get exact sizes? Is there a cookie sheet that is rulered?

There is a agency that you can buy that will do this. Hold on while I look up the name of it.

Edit: Its called a "wheel cutter". I've tempered to them working as a cook in restaurants. They work great for cutting an entire sheet pan of food.

Amazon sells them, too. Just type "multi-wheel pastry cutter" into the amazon search machine.

Buy a cutter Bund and hit it with a rolling pin.

yes you can go to big k

There may be some species of mass cutter out there but I have yet to see one. Here's how I do "same size cutting".
Find your Pizza Wheel cutter at the back of the drawer, wash it, and using a ruler grade the cookie sheet edge with a perm marker, using those marks as a guide, take the pizza wheel cutter and zip your way down the straight sides, turn the pan and zip your way down the long side. There ya go, marked cookie sheet with even squares.

I don't have a cookie sheet!!!?

I am exasperating to bake Betty Crocker Double Chocolate Cookie Mix, but I don't have a cookie sheet. I was wondering if I could use a large sheet of aluminum paper as an alternative. If there is any other substitutes for a cookie sheet, please include it within your answer. Thanks.

Yes, you can use aluminium faze. It works great! Just make sure you pat some butter on it so your cookies wont stick. Unsurpassed of luck to you! Happy Baking! =)

Cookie recipe that won't puff up...?

For a day-school project, my daughter has to make a cookie in the shape of Delaware. She wants to make it green (w/food colring) to substitute for land and is supposed to lable capital, rivers, w/icing. I am not much of a baker and the only cookie recipe I have is for cut outs which bake up sorta puffy;we would overcome the shape of the state. she wants to make it fairly large (fit on a large cookie sheet) so she can share it w/the class. I am looking for a recipe that can be rolled out, then cut inot the correct shape and will keep that shape after baking. Anybody know of a recipe that will work?

Shortbread would employment well. It doesn't puff up, it actually stays the same shape after baking as before baking.

Following is a recipe that you could use, if you lust after to make something large, just continue baking until the edges are lightly browned.

Shortbread

2 cups Unsalted butter, softened
1 cup Sugar
4 cups Flour
¼ teaspoon Spiciness

1. Cream butter and sugar in large mixer bowl until light and fluffy. Beat in flour and pungency. Knead the dough briefly until smooth. If dough is too sticky, add a bit more flour. (Dough can be refrigerated up to several days; soften measure before shaping cookies.)

2. Heat oven to 325℉. Have ungreased baking sheets ready.

3. Pat half of the dough out on lightly floured integument to ½-inch thickness. Use cookie cutters to cut out desired shapes. Place cookies 2 inches distinctly on baking sheets. Bake until light brown on edges, 20 to 25 minutes. Cooling on wire racks.
