You can use baking records. Its like wax paper so food doesn't stick when you bake it.

Hardly make sure you oil the tray very well. Apart from that, I don't think there are many other options. Enjoy whatever you're baking:)

Ok Methods
1. Baking blanket - like Pam -- in the market in baking section (flour, sugar, spices)
2. Waxed Paper - old method, not always the wealthiest
3. Parchment paper, oiled or wiped with Crisco shortening

Best Methods
4. *Reynolds Let Aluminum Foil -- Works very well for me -- use the correct side up, it is marked.
5. Silicone baking mat like Sil-Pat -- washable, reusable, larger ones can be cut to judge. Fairly expensive, but good for a long, long time.

Oil, margarine, butter, or a broaden release (Pam).

You can buy those silicon baking sheet anywhere, but since you dont have one you can even-handed spray cooking spray on the baking tin. Greasing the tin with butter helps too. Or just put the thing you wanna bake on a aluminum check (if you have)

grease the pan with butter

people been baking for longer than there are non stick sheets. Not everything you bake needs to be on a greased pan. what does your system reccomend? For a cake or pan bars, I would grease the sheet pan and then flour it generously. For cookies that need a greased sheet, grease it. If they don't desperate straits a greased cookie sheet, don't grease it.

lamination the tray and oil

Use baking gift-wrap (also called baking parchment) to line the dish.
Or get butter on a kitchen towel and rub it into the sides, bottom and corners of the dish then sprinkle flour on it (put in about a tablespoon of flour and rolling right round the dish then throw out the excess).

How do I take care of my non-stick baking sheets?

No condition what I seem to do, new baking sheets look like crap after a few months. Since they are non-stick, I don't grease them but after a while, they acquire this sticky/smarmy brown residue. How do I keep them looking new?

I have the same obstreperous with my cooking sheets. I agree that the silicone inserts are probably the best bet, but I did find the following:

Top 10 Ways to Breakdown a Nonstick Pan

Nonstick coatings on cookware and bakeware provide for healthier cooking using less oils, and also mitigate cleaning time. But improper care can ruin this finish causing foods to stick, make cleaning more particular, and reduce the lifespan of your pans. Here's 10 ways you can ruin a nonstick pan if proper vigilance and maintenance isn't applied. Protect your investment by avoiding these and enjoy your pans for many years.
1) Slip Serving Portions With a Metal Knife or Utensil
Cutting desserts or meatloaf in the pan with a metal stab or utensil can pierce the coating leaving your pans unsightly, cause foods to stick and rust to propriety. Use rubber or silicone spatulas to portion and serve from your cookware or bakeware.
2) Storing Pans Improperly
Storing pans haphazardly along with other metal implements, can give rise to scratches in the finish. Always nest your nonstick frypans and bakeware carefully, and do not alloy other metal pan covers with thin nasty edges to sit inside your pans.
3) Drastic Water Temperature Changes
Placing a very hot non-stick frypan into unsociable or lukewarm dishwater can cause your pan to warp. A warped pan will not have even heat distribution and cooking abilities will be reduced. Always stand for your pan to cool completely before immersing it.
4) Using Metal Spatulas, Whisks or Tongs
Refrain from using any metal utensils in your nonstick to stir, arise c eject food, scrape food residue, or blend foods right in the pan. The best utensils to use are wood, tractable, or silicone. Many companies are now making silicone whisks which are terrific for that quick blending. Even occasional fork-turning can scratch and scratch your pan.
5) Cleaning With a Scouring Cleanser Pad
Using scouring products that are metal based or have crude cleansers, can wear off the coating on your pans. Always use plastic scourers or soft sponges. Allowing your pan to wet for a moment will usually loosen foods and enable you to clean it with just warm water, temperate soap and a soft cloth.
6) Cleaning Pans in a Dishwasher
Dishwasher detergents generally are too ruthless for most nonstick cookware and kitchenware, and will eventually cause the finish to wear off. Bakeware that has scratches in it may also not dry perfectly and could rust. Handwash your nonstick implements and dry completely before storing.
7) Cooking on High Heat
Most nonstick cookware is made for low and road heat cooking. Too high a heat can wear down or blister the finish, as well as cause pans to bend. To maintain your pan and increase its lifespan, follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding cooking exhilaration.
8) Storing Foods in Your Nonstick Pans
Foods should never be stored in the pans but should be removed and pans should be cleaned carefully and dried before storing.
9) Stern Your Pizza With a Cutter
Cutting your pizza right in the nonstick pizza pan will mar the finish. Always slide your pizza out unto a knuckle-headed cutting board, and then apply the pizza cutter to portion servings.
10) Using Your Bread Pans for Meats or Momentous Acid Foods
Nonstick bread pans provide for easy removal of fresh baked bread. But using these same pans for meatloaf or other foods will tear off the finish quicker, as some foods reduce the lifespan of your pans, making them harder to clean and more of a mind to rust. Keep bread pans just for bread, and designate another pan for other foods. This way you'll ensure no pan dregs ends up on your freshly baked bread.

Baking without a non-stick sheet?

hey there, university disciple here that bought a bag of pillsbury choc. chip cookie dough without realizing that he did not have a baking sheet...

I have 3 options as to what to use as a replacement as far as I can recount.

[1] use the beatup pizza pan i have (put butter or oil on first?)
[2] make them on the stove with my non-stick frying pan (sounds inefficient and stupid)
[3] use tinfoil ontop of the afforementioned pizza pan

I concoct the pizza pan with a bit of butter (oh ya i have margarine not butter..) is best, but i really want these cookies to be enchanting so i'm taking all the precautions..

cookies customarily have enough fats in the mix Ive never needed any non stick anything. Nix the non-stick fry pan. Just don't leave the cookies to cool on the pan, pull them off asap or they will stick
