Terri, an worker with The State Bank of Wynnewood (Okla.), shares a recipe submitted by Sherri----Nene's Chocolate Sheet Cake----in this ...

The sheet cake recipe says to bake the cake at 350 degrees for 40-45 min. What temperature and how sustained do I bake cupcakes at with this same recipe?
I don't want the cupcakes to be all dry. So I should still bake them at the same temp....just cut the period down?
20-25 minutes surpass way to test if they are done is to see if they are pulling away from the sides, they come out clean with a toothpick from the middle cupcake.
I grew up in Aransas Obsolescent, TX and remember a wonderful peanut butter sheet cake sprinkled with powdered sugar being served at the school cafeteria. It wasn't too taken with but moist and delicious. Does anyone know where I could get the recipe or have the recipe? I would greatly appreciate it.
Here's one I attachment...you could substitute powerdered sugar instead of using the icing and it will still taste great.
