Small PRDUCT
WOULD BUY IT AGAIN. IT IS A Uncompromising PAN AND THE FACT THAT IT INCLUDES A SILICONE MAT IS A PLUS.
Paula Deen scores again with cookie sheet
The cookie sheet with suitably sized silicone sheet is a wonderful tho pricey addition to my kitchen.
Everything sticks!
The pan itself is substantial I have had no real problems with it. The silicone insert is another story though. I have a Silpat silicone mat which I love, it never sticks. I thought this silicone mat would be similar, I was very the matter. I have baked multiple things on this mat and everything sticks. I have to use lots of non-stick stray which totally defeats the contemplate of the silicone insert. If your looking for a good pan this one will do the job, but if you want a non stick cooking surface...buy something else.

Don't bake without it
This is an finished must for any baking on a cookie sheet in the regular oven. We use it daily. The clean up is so easy. Warm soapy water and laving. Never needs scrubbing.
Masterful cookies
I impartial baked 5 trays of cookies, 2 airbakes, 2 cookie sheets and 1 with the silpat on a cookie sheet. The silpat cookies were by far the most explicitly baked. They had beautiful golden bottoms and soft chewy insides. Super easy to eliminate off the liner. After baking I hopped on Amazon to order 2 more. Great versatile kitchen utensil that takes up very unimportant space. A must have for the cookie maker.
Too base to consider!
I was so agitated to get this item because I needed it to roll out my fondant, however; I experienced absolute disgust when I tried to open it because the mat was folded for shipping, which I wholly understand, but what I don't understand is how the mat was stuck to itself and ripped (very easily I might add) when I tried to unfold it. The quality of the silicone is not like other silicone products I've seen. It is very thin. I sent it back and ordered the Silpat baking mat preferably, which is what I should've ordered to begin with. Don't waste your money on this item.
ack, the smoke!!!
Bought a young one of these to use in my toaster oven, first of all, even the toaster oven size if very large. Next, when I started to use it, my husband thought I was afire something up the thing started to smoke so bad!
Faultless fit and has saved countless trees =)
My sister gave a join in wedlock of the jelly roll silpats to my mom and I always wondered why they were too long for the half sized baking pan. I even made the same mistake when I bought a matched set of the jelly roll silpats for my pans! But these fit perfectly and have cutoff corners to facilitate lifting them out of the pan.

Does a silicone cookie sheet replace the need for parchment paper?

And what's the consider of the parchment paper, anyway??

Yes it does, though the silicone sheets labour best for cookies, parchment paper is still useful when it comes to lining loaf pans or vicinity baking tins. The parchment paper negates the need to grease and flour for easy manumission because they are normally coated with silicone or chromium salts
