Due go to Sam's Club or Costco. They both sell the jelly roll size of cookie sheets. I bought mine there and use them almost regularly.
I have a gray gritty film on my cookie sheets and some pots? What is it?
It isn't on any of my cups, bowls, silverware, etc. It is larrikin,gritty and medium gray in color and comes off with a Brillo steel wool pad. It appears most of all on stainless steel items: cookie sheets, some pots, bottom of rice cooker. Anyone know what it is??
It's oxidation, rust. Even stainless reacts to warm up and oxygen to some extent.
