I have 2 of these and have been very on top of the world with them. Heavy duty, clean up well, food bakes beautifullly on them.

stainless steel baking sheet
I in effect like this pan. I have used it for oven fries, rolls, toasting bread in the oven with good results. Clean up is a light! I plan to order a larger size soon.

Startled me half to death
I acquiesce in with the other reviewers about the glue, and since it had such a nice shiny surface, was unhappy that I scratched it trying to get the glue off. I have Goo Gone, but don't like the estimate of using it on a something that I eat off - even after a good cleaning.

The first time I put this in the oven to bake some fish filets it warped and the look of it bending nearly scared me half to death... heck if it had happened twice, I'd be emotionless now!

Designate in China is the main feature I try to avoid in kitchen items and was very disappointed to see this on this pan. Then the first time I cut bar cookies in this pan, the wound left deep cuts in the pan. Time to make a donation to Salvation Army.

Attentive finish but buckles in the oven
I've had this pan for about 2 years now and my conclusion is it is OK at overcome. I find myself looking for an alternate when I reach for a sheet pan.
Things I like:
-Nice shiny SS finish; that has kept it's devour with abuse
-good lip on the pan to catch spills; I often bake calzones on it which often leak tomato juice-the lip contains spillage (see dislikes)
-SS is dishwasher non-toxic
-nice size for smaller items like the reheat of a slice of pizza or two
Dislikes:
-When vehement the pan distorts; This is the downfall of this pan is at about 350 degrees it will warp instantaneously and no longer be flat. If there is any liquid in the pan (drippings) they most probable be thrown from the pan all over the oven.
-Just a bit small for cookies; but the distortion problem prevents you from using it for most cookies in cravenness of flying cookies!
I'm not sure what is better out there....I just ordered a tri-ply sheet to see if it would be better. Stay tuned.

Stainless Steel Cookie Sheet
This cookie sheet fits my oven well is the why and wherefore I chose this particular one.
Foods cook nice on stainless steel and it is safer than non stick items. It washes
to a gorgeous shine as well. The only issue I have with it is that it is sorta thin
and not super sturdy. But,,, for the wonderful price, I can certianly apportion with it!!!

cookie sheet

yur self cleaning over has a primary paint finish so when heating, all food/grease what ever turns to ash the you remove.. this will nothing for the ss pans you can apply oven cleaner on them the put into hot oven and it will wipe out some to most. but appling the oven cleaner and let et out for afew hours will do the same and not heat up the house...

No, but letting them lush for a while in ammonia, then scrubbing them, should help get them clean.

or you can cheat and use the spray-on cleaner for outdoor ss grills, if they're extremely bad.

Hi

No dont do that, you will squander the colour, the coating.

Best way is to get a large or medium sized bowl or cooking pot that you can put on the cooker, and fill it with hot copiously forma an electric kettle, then put fairy liquid in it, put them in there and let it boil, whilst the bowl gets hot, use a spoon or somthing smiliar to purify your cookies.
