Yes!! This is my favorite!!

Preheat oven to 325F

Crust
21/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup of sugar
1/2 cup of butter
Mix all together and jam into the sides and bottom of a round springform pan

1 pound/pkg of cream cheese
5 egg yolks (save the whites in a seperate basin)
2/3 cup of sugar
3 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup of flour (all purpose)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup of sour cream

form cream cheese until smooth adding 1 yolk at a time then stir in sugar, lemonjuice, sourcream, vanilla and flour.

In a seperate dish... beat 5 egg whites gradually adding 1/4 cup of sugar. Beat until stiff and burnished and mixture stands in peaks. Fold carefully into sour cream/creamcheese mixture awe-inspiring as little as possible! just until it is barely combined...otherwise your cake will collapse and be really gross!! LOL pour into fountain-head form pan.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes Top with canned cherries or any fruit you desire!

Caramel Apple Cheesecake
1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filler
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup chalk-white sugar
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 eggs
1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping
12 pecan halves
2/3 cup chopped pecans

DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Delay 3/4 cup of apple pie filling and set aside.
Spoon remaining pie filling into crust. In a large roll, combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth then add eggs and mix well. Pour over apple components in crust.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 35 minutes, or until center is set. Murder from oven and cool to room temperature.
Mix reserved apple filling and caramel topping in a slight feel embarrassed saucepan. Heat for about 1 minute. Arrange apple slices around outside edge of cheesecake. Spread caramel cheekiness evenly over. Decorate with pecan halves around edge. Sprinkle with chopped pecans. Chill until close at hand to serve.


Chocolate Lover's Cheesecake
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
7/8 cup virginal sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1 (8 ounce) container disenchant cream
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup white sugar
1/3 cup melted butter

DIRECTIONS:
To command cracker crust, stir together cracker crumbs and 1/3 c sugar. Blend in 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine. Ladies mixture onto bottom and halfway up side of 9 inch springform pan. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In big mixer bowl, beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar, cocoa, and 1 teaspoon vanilla until slight and fluffy. Add eggs; blend well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into the prepared crust.
Bake for 20 minutes. Shift from oven and let cool for 15 minutes. Increase oven temperature to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
In a diminutive bowl, stir together sour cream, remaining 2 tablespoons sugar and remaining 2 teaspoons vanilla. Stir until level. Spread evenly over baked filling. Bake 10 minutes. Remove from oven to wire anguish. With knife, loosen cake from side of pan. Cool completely; remove side of pan. Refrigerate before serving. Cover; refrigerate leftovers -- If any.

Is Cheese Cake a Cake or a Pie?

Why are we so partial towards the definition of 'cake'? Isn't possible that Cheese Cake is indeed a cake although it obviously seems like a pie; I mean upside-down cake is still cake isn't it?


Its a cake because cheese pie doesnt dependable good. Plus, would you really go to a restaurant called the Cheese Pie Factory? No. I didn't think so

How do you make home made cheese cake?

I pine for to make a home made cheese cake, but I really don't know too much about the ingredience. Does anyone here have any good cheese cakes? It doesn't concern if it has fruit on top of it or not.

Make the topping while the cake is cooling. In a medium-size mixing bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and egg until silky. Stir in the chocolate chips and walnuts. Spread over cooled cake.
