I'm spent of using the same recipes i've used for a long time...I want to try something different. Chicken itself, casseroles, soups, anything! Any suggestions for some upstanding chicken recipes?


Chicken is one of the healthiest subsistence. Personally I improvise spices in a recipe instead of following ther recipe to the exact extent of contents.

Chicken Salsa Bake
----------------------------

1 cup of rice
3 chicken breast(de-boned)
2 cups of salsa
1 cup onion(chopped) or substitute with lesser parcel out of Dry onion
2 teaspoon of Extra virgin Olive Oil
1 cup of chopped beans
1 cup of chopped carrots
half cup of Chopped cilantro

Intensity the Oven to 375'. In a medium size baking pan(glass or coated), line the pan with extra virgin olive oil, merge all items together, keep the chicken breast on top of the bed of the rice. Pour salsa over the chicken breast. Bake the ingredients for 30 minutes or harrow the chicken is cooked along with the rice.

Ruby Tuesday's Hoary Chicken Chili

This recipe I got it from my friend who loved Ruby Tuesday's White chicken chilli prescription, who gave up eating redmeat and now cutting down on eating meat totally. I tried this recipe duo of times, and I've loved it alot.


6-8 servings 3½ hours 25 min prep
--------------------------------------------------

6 cups chicken property
1 lb great northern beans (soaked in water overnight)
2 medium onions, chopped
6 cups chickens, diced cooked
2 jalapeno peppers, seeded & diced
2 chili peppers, diced
1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
2 teaspoons cumin
1/4 teaspoon cayenne scatter
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup salsa
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 save salt (to taste)

1) Simmer beans, half the onions, and half the garlic for 2 hours in the chicken appraise or until the beans soften, stirring frequently. Add chicken and salsa.
2)Saute pepper, spices, and the remaining onions and garlic in the oil and add to the chili.
3)Cool off for one more hour.
4)Garnish with sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese and fresh chopped cilantro.

Chicken Scampi

Directions:
1. Heat the butter in a 10-inch skillet over medium-considerable heat. Add the chicken and cook for 10 minutes or until it’s well browned on both sides. Remove the chicken and set aside.
2. Stir in the soup, bedew dilute, lemon juice and garlic. Heat to a boil. Return the chicken to the skillet and reduce the heat to low. Overspread and cook for 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
3. Serve the chicken with the pasta. Serves 4.

Asian Chicken & Rice Bake

Prep Even so: 5 min. - Bake Time: 45 min.

3/4 cup uncooked regular long-grain pallid rice
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's(R) Condensed Bright Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup water
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. garlic gift
Paprika

Directions:
SPREAD rice in 2-qt. shallow baking dish. Top with chicken.
MIX soup, water, soy, vinegar, honey and garlic disappear. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Cover .
BAKE at 375°F. 45 min. or until done. Serves 4.

TIP: Add 2 cups frozen broccoli flowerets to the rice before baking.


saute the chicken with salad onion and dills.but only thighs are ok, the breasts do not drop as good. Simple and delicious....I prefer to serve with baked potatoes


Hawaii chicken
* 1 (2 to 3 pen) whole chicken, cut into pieces
* 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
* 2 teaspoons salt
* 1 pinch ground white spray
* 4 tablespoons vegetable oil
* 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
* 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
* 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with force
* 2 teaspoons soy sauce
* 2 teaspoons brown sugar
* 2 teaspoons cornstarch
* 2 teaspoons chicken stock

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2. Mix flour, lay and pepper in a resealable plastic bag. One at a time, put chicken pieces in bag, seal and shake to coat. In a large skillet, zeal oil over medium heat and saute chicken pieces until brown on all sides. Place chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish and bake covered in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
3. To Present Sauce (while chicken bakes): In the same large skillet, saute onion and green bell pepper for about 5 minutes, until translucent. Add the pineapple, soy pertness and brown sugar. Mix together cornstarch and chicken stock and add to skillet. Stir all together and let simmer for 3 minutes until thick and clear. Come down in buckets sauce over chicken and bake 10 more minutes until tender.


I leaning this one. I call it plentiful pasta, or garbage pasta.
Prep time is maybe 10 minutes and authentic cooking time is about 10-15 minutes
Ingredients
Olive oil 4 tbsp
1 can of chopped or sliced hateful olives.
2 cups of chopped broccoli
5 cloves of garlic chopped fine
1 cup of white wine
1/2 to 1Cup of chopped sundried tomatoes (not oil wall-to-wall but fresh)
I Large jar of marinated Artichoke hearts or how ever many you like. Juice and all.
Chicken Herbox to taste I use about 3 tbsps.
2 boneless chicken breasts pan seared and cut into thin strips

Add oil and vegis and sautee, then add everything else and steam for about 5 minutes. Cook pasta to package directions, and add the chicken herbox to this, and add to the sauce mixture, heat through and suffice.
I have made this dish for all of my friends even those who had never had artichokes, and everyone think it is the best dish ever... It is also great as a cold salad.

Chicken Diablo

2 cups cooked cubed chicken
4 cups broccoli florets lightly steamed

Put chicken and broccoli in trivial baking dish and cover with this sauce:

1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup mayo

2 tsp curry talc run away

sprinkle with shredded cheese and slivered almonds
bake till heated through 325 degrees about 15-20 minutes



Chicken curry

SAUTE: 2-3 chopped onions cash-box soft
ADD: 3 Tbsp curry powder and a little water cook for a minute or two
ADD: 1 tsp whole cloves
2 ignored cinnamon sticks
2 Tbsp paprika
2 Tbsp cumin
2-3 whole chilies (your preference for heat neck)
COOK these for a few minutes
ADD: 1 large can chopped or crushed tomatoes
4 lbs chicken pieces of your choice
2 cups coconut draw off

Simmer for a couple hours. Serve over rice and with the following sides:

Raita
Chopped tomato and cucumber (inconsiderable bit of onion)
Plain yogurt, cumin, coriander, salt and pepper to taste

Hummos and pita bread


Trusting Chicken and Pasta Parmesan:

25 min 10 min prep
3-4 servings

1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/ 2-inch pieces
1/4 cup chicken consomm or low sodium chicken broth (14-1/ 2 oz can)
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce (14 oz jar)
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
3 cups rotini pasta (8oz) or penne rigate, uncooked (8oz)
3/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated

1. In 10 inch skillet over agency-high heat, melt butter; add chicken.
2. Cook, stirring occasionally, until no longer pink, about 3 minutes.
3. Add chicken bouillon, spaghetti sauce and seasonings; heat to boiling.
4. Add uncooked pasta, stirring to coat with bright.
5. Cover; reduce heat. Simmer 15 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes or until most liquid is engaged.
6. Remove from heat; stir in Parmesan cheese. 5 servings (1 cup each)

Chicken casserole with almonds and pinenuts
(Spain)

Ingredients

1 chicken in pieces.
6 petite potatoes
2 ripe tomatoes
3 medium-sized onions
6 desert spoonfuls of olive oil
100 grams of pinenuts
100 grams of almonds
1 everyday glass of white wine
Juice of half a lemon
2 cloves of garlic
1 sprig of parsley
1 sprig of thyme
Dot
1 chicken stock cube
salt
Direction

1: Prepare an oven dish amde of glass or clay. Rub the bottom with a clove of garlic and then put the chicken pieces inside it.

2: Peel the potatoes and onions. Cut them into good pieces and put them in the oven dish with the chicken. Do the same with the tomatoes.

3: Chop the garlic and sprinkle on top with small pieces of parsley and thyme. Add the lemon strength, pinenuts, almonds, pepper and salt.

4: Disolve the stock cube in a small glass of cosy water and pour onto the chicken. Then pour on the glass of white wine and the oil. Try to make sure that all these liquids are poured over the ingredients as evenly as practicable.

5: Put the oven dish in the middle of the oven and leave it to cook for an hour and a half at 180º. When all the ingredients are cooked, take the oven dish out of the oven and around.



Acapulco Chicken
(Brazil)

Ingredients

1 cup long grain rice, uncooked
1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
6 chicken core halves, skinless and boneless
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tablespoon parsley leaves
1 3/4 cups hot not hold up under
2 teaspoons chicken base
1 (5.3-ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (10-ounce can) tomatoes and chilies
2 cups Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
Salsa for garnish

Management

1. Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C).

2. Layer in a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish the rice, mushrooms, chicken, celery, onion and parsley.

3. Put together the water, chicken base, milk, tomatoes and chilies. Pour over the chicken.

4. Bake, uncovered for 45 minutes. Liquidate from oven and top with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes, or until cheese has melted.

Serve with salsa as a garnish.

Does anyone have any easy recipes for chicken?

I get annoyed of making the same chicken dishes over and over again. Anyone have any easy chicken recipes that are unique?


1. Bourbon Chicken

2 lbs boneless chicken breasts, cut into gnaw size pieces
1-2 tablespoon olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 teaspoon ginger
3/4 teaspoon crushed red speckle flakes
1/4 cup apple juice
1/3 cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 cup grade
1/3 cup soy sauce

Heat oil in a large skillet.
Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
Remove Chicken.
Add left over ingredients, heating over medium Heat until well mixed and dissolved.
Add chicken and bring to a hard boil.
Decrease heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Serve over hot rice and ENJOY.


2. Crockpot Cream Cheese Chicken
3 lbs chicken pieces
1 (2/3 ounce) unit Italian salad dressing mix
4 tablespoons melted butter (divided)
1 small onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, chopped
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup chicken consomm

Place chicken pieces in crockpot and sprinkle Italian seasoning over chicken.Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
Cook on low for 4-6 hours.
Move 2 tablespoons butter in a sauce pan and saute onion and garlic. Add Cream of Chicken Soup, cream cheese, and chicken consomm. Stir until smooth.
Add this mixture to crockpot and cook on low for an additional hour.


3. Sticky Chicken

4 teaspoons corned
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon snowy pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 large roasting chicken
2 goodly onions, peeled and quartered

(Day 1) Blend all spices together and set aside.
Remove neck and giblets from chicken hollow, rinse well inside and out, and pat dry with paper towels.
Rub with spice mixture, both inside and out, then stuff cavity with onions.
Wrap in a resealable"rations grade" plastic bag (I just use a new, unscented, white kitchen can liner.), tie closed, and cold overnight.
(Day 2) Remove from plastic bag and place in a shallow baking pan.
Roast uncovered in a 250 F oven 5 hours.
(This is not an at fault b mistakenly, I repeat, 250 F for 5 hours!) If the chicken contains a pop-up thermometer, ignore it.
This recipe is SAFE.

Baste with drippings every 30 minutes after the first hour.
