Im baking BBQ chicken auspicious now (6 wings) but what tempature should I set the oven on? and how long do i bake for??

I would cook them at about 350F (preheat oven or else they will desire) for about 40 Min's, if you are baking thighs.

Does baking chicken while partially submerged in Italian Dressing make it less healthy?

I like to bake chicken in a superficial glass baking dish with a lid, with the chicken breasts pretty well covered with FAT FREE Italian dressing....does this method prime mover it to be unhealthy? I try to shake the chicken off pretty well before I put it on my plate, but I'm concerned with how much oil the chicken absorbs....any better (but still honestly easy ways) to BAKE chicken? PLEASE be specific...I'm a novice cook.

baking chicken breasts that are a little frozen?

Ive been thawing them out a negligible, but the insides are still frozen. can i cook them still on a 350 degree oven for 50-60 mins? or do i need to proliferation the baking time? how do i know when chicken breasts are done?


its advance to thaw them if you can. do you have a microwave with defrost on it? if you dont thaw them then it will take longer for them to get done on the inside, and the outside will be dry and overcooked. the most qualified way to know when chicken is done is to cut into the thickest part with a knife and make sure there is no pink and juices are clear.
