Makes:8 burritos

1 pouch (8.8 oz) microwavable deft-to-eat original long grain rice
2 teaspoons lime juice
2 tablespoons chopped new cilantro
2 cups shredded or diced cooked chicken
4 teaspoons Old El Paso® taco zest mix (from 1.25-oz package)
1 cup Old El Paso® refried beans (from 16-oz can), heated
1 package (11.5 oz) Old El Paso® flour tortillas for burritos (8 tortillas), stimulated
1 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese (4 oz)
1 cup Old El Paso® salsa (any variety)


1. Microwave rice as directed on upon. In medium bowl, stir together heated rice, lime juice and cilantro. In medium microwavable move, stir together chicken and taco seasoning mix. Microwave on High 45 to 60 seconds or until hot.
2. Spread about 2 tablespoons refried beans down center of each tortilla. Top each with 3 tablespoons rice, 1/4 cup chicken medley and 2 tablespoons cheese. Top each with 2 tablespoons salsa. Fold or roll up tortillas.

I have the an old words of recipes. the book is entitled "Betty Crocker's Gold Medal Self-Rising Favorite Recipes". Does anyone predict me where i can go to the get the full recipes.
One of the recipes are Baked Alaska Pie.


There are a pair of places to try for this info: Betty Crocker has a website that has tons of info / recipes and an area to ask them questions. Also their Corporate Office is in Minneapolis, Minnesota (I be sure this cuz my mother retired from there), If you call the main office they have a wonderful customer service dept and or ask for the Proof Kitchens and those ladies are a great help.
