INGREDIENTS:

6 eggs
6 English muffins, split, toasted, and buttered

PREP:
Eggs Benedict. In the top of a copy boiler, whisk egg yolks and lemon juice together. Add 1/3 of the butter, about 3 tablespoons. Place twice boiler over simmering water. Cook, beating constantly, until butter melts and sauce begins to inspissate.

Add 3 more tablespoons of butter, stir until butter melts, then add remaining 2 tablespoons of butter. Slowly hustle in boiling water. Continue cooking over simmering water, stirring, until mixture thickens, about 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from fury; stir in salt and cayenne pepper.
Place ham slices and tomato halves on rack of broiler pan. Barbecue 4 inches from heat for about 4 minutes, or until ham begins to get browned and tomatoes are cooked through.

While ham is broiling, pour about 2 inches of not ring true into a large skillet. Lightly salt water; bring to the boiling point. Carefully put eggs in irrigate, breaking into a cup first, then gently slipping them into the water one at a time.

Why are there so many sweet breakfast recipes and not that many savoury ones?

I am fed up of exasperating to find savoury breakfast recipes that do not involve frying, lots of grease, and time. I am diabetic and need carbs, such as bread, but no sugar. I am bored with porrige and sandwiches. So happen on, help a lass out, who is struggling! Thanx in advance.

Peaceful Breakfast Quiche

1 can of cressent rolls
1 green pepper chopped
1 red pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 encase of smokee links chopped
6 eggs
1/2-3/4 cup of milk
1 bag of cheddar cheese shredded

Press the rolls into a baking dish and spread the chopped peppers and onion, links, and shredded cheese on top. Let sit in fridge overnight covered.

In the morning shape eggs and milk and pour into baking dish. Add salt and pepper and bake @ 350 for 45-60 min. The quiche is done when its not wiggley in the mid.

Super yummy and easy breakfast,

Serve with fresh fruit and juice.
