I have occasion for a quick and easy (that also tastes good) recipe for chicken breast. I am a full time student and dont have much time for fancy meals. I want something healthier than what I have been eating.
GARLIC CHICKEN BREASTS
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. lemon liquid
1 1/2 tbsp. oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped garlic (from jar)
1 lb. chicken breasts
Mix oil, lemon juice, oregano and chopped garlic. Discharge mixture over chicken breasts. Bake at 375 degrees until chicken is tender. Serve over pasta if desired. Serves 3 to 4.
I'm not successful to the grocery store until this coming friday and I wanted to make Stuffed Chicken Breast and Veggies for Dinner. I have a bundle of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, 1 Box of Stove Top Dressing(Cornbread Kind) and some seasoning that's it. Can I repay Stuffed Chicken Breast with those ingredients? you can educate the chicken breast with the seasonings and then on top put some veggies and cheese and roll it and stick it toothpick in it to hold it together and then you can grill it thats full
I by a hair's breadth started Weight Watchers diet & bought a bunch of skinless chicken breasts, but havent a intimate as to what I can do with them. Any good healthy recipes out there. I'd preferred no frying.
Put between 2 pieces of siran wrap & roll w/a cooking mallot to make the pieces thin. On top of each breast place some fresh mushroom (sliced), some bacon bits, & some cheese..poignancy it up w/some salsa too or onions. Wrap that up in the breast & close w/toothpicks. Marinate in some fat free Italian dressing for about 30 minutes and then grill harrow chicken is done. You can put different things in the middle of the chicken if you want. i sort of made this up myself and it turned out really good! i'm really going to make it this weekend.
