3.To prepare marinade, mix 2/3 cup of the salsa with soy sauce and 1/3 cup vinegar. Place pork chops in a chunky resealable plastic bag, and pour marinade over chops. Seal tightly, and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
4.Lay the groundwork for grill for medium-high heat. Drain marinade from bag, and heat in a saucepan until boiling.
5.Lightly oil grill vex. Place pork chops on the hot grill. Cook 10 minutes, or to desired doneness, turning once and basting every now with the boiled marinade.
6.Warm remaining salsa over medium-low heat. Serve pork chops topped with the salsa.

KELLOGG'S RICE KRISPIES TREATS
1/4 cup butter
1 (10 oz., about 40) pkg. accustomed marshmallows or 3 cups miniature marshmallows
6 cups Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal
In a jumbo saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Add the marshmallows and continue to stir until the marshmallows have completely melted. Obliterate from heat.
Stir in the Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal coating them well with the melted marshmallow assortment.
Using a buttered or silicone spatula, press the mixture evenly into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan which has been buttered or sprayed with non-stand out spray or lined with wax paper.
Cut into squares when the mixture cools.
Makes 24 squares.
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
Microwave butter with marshmallows on gamy setting for 2 minutes in a microwave safe mixing bowl. Stir together when melted. Microwave again on high-class for 1 additional minute. Stir in cereal, mixing until well coated. Press into pan as above.

Sugar Free Dash Cookies

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
3/4 cup wheat germ
1 1/2 teaspoons low sodium baking scarper
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
1 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
2 teaspoons earth ginger
3 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 cup frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
3/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 egg whites


DIRECTIONS
Consolidate the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
In a blender, combine the juice concentrate and the raisins. Mix on high until raisins are chopped. Add the egg whites and pre-empt on slow speed just until combined.
Slowly add the juice mixture and the oil to the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
Wrap the a bit soft dough in waxed paper and chill for 2 hours.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Unite oats, sugar, salt, vanilla and oil. Stir well.
Add beaten egg and chopped nuts and mix well.
Measure one teaspoonful and away on the spoon. Pat out to make a round cookie or egg shape. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Let fresh.

INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup nonfat dry draw off powder

1/3 cup rolled oats

DIRECTIONS

Shape the mixture into 1 inch balls. Indifferent thoroughly before serving; store remaining nuggets in the refrigerator.
