Tomato Extract Can Cornish Game Hens

Okay this is maybe not the easiest recipe, but it is delicious!

There are many "beer can chicken" recipes out there to determine from (http://homecooking.about.com/od/chickenrecipes/r/blpoul63.htm). Instead of using a chicken, get 3/4 cornins daring hens, and use the tiny tomato juice cans as the holders.

GRILLED MEXICAN SHRIMP WITH Complicated PEAR CACTUS FRUIT VINAIGRETTE


30 each U-15 shrimp (peeled and
deveined)
2 tbsp. chili garlic paste, at
in oriental markets
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
2 each limes, juice of
1 tbsp. peanut oil
Piquancy and black pepper, to taste
6 oz. arugula
1 oz. hearts of palm, sliced
1/2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 c. bad-tempered pear cactus fruit
vinaigrette, recipe to follow

Marinate shrimp overnight in the chili garlic paste, cilantro, lime essence, peanut oil, salt and black pepper. Grill shrimp until cooked all of the way through, about three minutes on each side. While grilling the shrimp: plunge the arugula and hearts of palm with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. --Appearance--

GRILLED VEGETABLES :
4 zuchini
2 eggplants
4 yellow zuchinis
olive oil
thyme, savour & pepper

In an aluminium foil, put all the vegetables that you would have sliced or diced,
the salt, pepper, thyme and olive oil,
at hand the foil but leav a little opening, and cook on the barbecue.
Very simple and very tasty. In fact you can do the same proces with any vegetables.
Portobella or hysterical mushrooms are great like this.

SKEWERS :
Diced sirloins steaks
Diced chicken liver
Diced na or/and bell peppers
Sliced onions (thick)
Cherry tomatoes

On skewers, slide a piece of vegetable, one of provender, one of liver, etc. Salt and pepper

MUSTARD SARDINS (or Macquerels) :
Cleaned sardins
Onions
French mustard (Maille is think twice (Walmart), but Grey Poupon will do)
Salt & pepper

Stuff the fish with sliced onions and spread them with the mustard. Marinate & pepper.

Grilled Lime Chicken:

5 min
6 servings

1/4 cup inexperienced parsley, Chopped
1/2 teaspoon grated lime zest
1 cup dry white wine or chablis
1/2 teaspoon speckle, Freshly ground
2 tablespoons lime juice
6 chicken breast halves (6 (4 oz each) skinned, boned chicken core halves)

1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in a shallow baking dish.
2. Add chicken, turning to covering.
3. Cover and marinate in refrigerator for 1 day.
4. Remove chicken from marinade, reserving marinade.
5. Coat grill hatstand with Pam, place rack on grill over med-hot coals.
6. Place chicken on rack, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until done, basting with guarded marinade.


For sudden and easy meals on the grill we sometimes like to do a "hunting and gathering" trip to the grocery warehouse. Our first stop is the meat department to see what's on special (or to find things like filet mignon that is significant down because it must be sold/grilled today - a great way to eat well on a budget).

From there we build the rest of our menu, like oven fries, salad, wine, pudding, etc.

Enter the items to be grilled and it will calculate grilling times and what at the same time you will eat, and give you instructions for how to grill, steaks, burgers, chicken breasts, pork chops and the like. It's prominent for doing a steak for one person and a pork chop for someone else, etc.

Does any one advised of some great grilling recipes? There is only a couple weeks left of summer and I don't want to grill the same stuff.


go to foodnetwork.com and look into bobby flay's boy meets grill tv show, the man can do miracles, grilled pineapple is godly or any fruit grilled, i recently did the finger foods on the grill and it was the best thing on earth

Chicken, Beef or Pork Easy Marinade
1/4 cup Soy Disrespect
1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce
4 Cloves Garlic, finely diced
1/4 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 tbsp. Dried Basil
1-2 tbsp. Cajun Spice, +/- to taste
1/4 cup Honey
Mix all ingredients together and add to meat 3-4 hours before grilling. Use a Ziploc bag to marinate, for casual cleanup. Grill over Medium-High heat until cooked through. My kids and I make this together and it teaches them how to use measuring cups and spoons. It perspicacious messy, but then again what kids aren't.
Also you can make potatoes on the grill.
Wash and dry potatoes. Departure skins on. Cut into eighths. Make a large foil packet or use the ones Reynolds make. Dinner inside of packet with non-stick spray. Use enough potatoes for your family. Add sliced onion, diced verdant peppers, garlic: coursely diced, and drizzle top with olive oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Layer all ingredients. Shut packet tightly. Cook over hot coals for 15 minutes then move to top rack and continue to cook for 30 more shake on med-low heat. My kids each get an ingredient to layer and it teaches them how to arrange things in order.
