Pizza recipes?

I buy pizza dough from a neighbourhood supermarket near my house, but I always make the traditional sauce, cheese and pepperoni pizza. Does anyone have knowledge of of any good pizza recipes I could use to mix it up a bit? Perhaps with different sauces or toppings?

Try tomatoes thinly slices, sliced newfangled mushrooms, shredded grilled chicken, a small jar of Alfredo sauce, mozzarella and asiago cheese. Tremendous!! I also like green and red pepper;cut into thin strips, black olives; chopped, red onion; sliced thinly, and sliced mushrooms. I use at best plain pizza sauce when I make that one.

Hardly throw on what you like.

Mix the strained tomatoes with the garlic triturate and salt to taste to make your pizza sauce.
Chop the vegetables to a pizza-topping state.
Take 2/3 of the pizza dough and uncoil it out to about 14'' in diameter.
Spread about half the sauce mixture out evenly on the rolled out dough, leaving about 1 1/2 inches from the upper hand on tenterhooks.
Top the dough with the white onions, green pepper and turkey bacon, then cover with cheese.
Out out the remaining dough until it is about 12'' in diameter.
Place the 12'' dough on top of the first prepared pizza.
Take the remaining brazenness and cover the top layer completely.
Carefully fold the edges of the bottom layer over the top, sealing the bottom. (You should have what looks like a thick pizza crust at this train a designate with rolled egdes.).
Cut some slits into the top crust, to allow for steam to escape.
Top the second layer with the leftover red peppers and red onions, then cover with the remaining cheese.
Place on a pizza pan or pizza stone in a 425 degree pre-fervent oven and bake for 22 minutes. Sprinkle cornmeal on, or grease, the pizza pan or stone to prevent from sticking.

Anyone have any healthy pizza recipes or know any good places that have low-cal pizzas?

Any assets c incriminating evidence low calorie, low fat, healthy pizza recipes or know any good places where you can get health pizzas?

Thanks in advance to anyone who could aid.

Use a whole wheat or low fat tortilla for the crust OR use a pre-made whole wheat crust. (A prescription for a home made whole wheat crust will be at the end of this answer, It's from the internet but I have used it, modified it and love it).

For the topping, slice tomatoes and lay them on a baking skin, drizzle them with olive oil, then sprinkle with Italian Herb seasoning, a little salt and fresh found black pepper. Roast them in the oven at 350 degrees just until they start to caramelize or until the edges rightful start to turn black. After these are done run it through a food processer and strain for a very healthy tomato sauce, laudatory for spaghetti or pizza sauce.

For toppings use a low fat mozzarella or provolone, then your choice of toppings. I like to get a fresh lobster stalk and cut it into small pieces and spread them on the pizza, then add pineapple and/or shrimp.

Cheese with just thinly sliced raw basil is also good.

WHOLE WHEAT PIZZA DOUGH.

1 teaspoon accumulate
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water from the tap

Flour for the work surface
Sprinkling of cornmeal

Hit pay dirt flour, yeast, salt and sugar in a mixer fitted with a dough hook. While mixer is competition, gradually add water and knead on low speed until dough is firm and smooth, about ten minutes. Turn vehicle off.

Pour oil down inside of bowl. Turn on low once more for 15 seconds to coat inside of bowl and all surfaces of dough with the oil. Compensate for bowl with plastic wrap. Let rise in warm spot until doubled in bulk, about two hours.

Preheat your oven to highest habitat, 500° or 550°F. If using a pizza stone, place stone in oven on bottom rack, preheat oven one hour up ahead. Punch dough down, cut in half. On generously floured work surface, place one half of dough.

By on hand, form dough loosely into a ball, stretch into a circle. Using a floured rolling pin, go around dough into large circle until very thin. Don't worry if your circle isn't perfect and if you get a hole; simply pinch edges back together.

To prevent dough from sticking to counter, turn dough over, add flour to dough, disc and rolling pin as needed. Sprinkle pizza peel or cookie sheet generously with cornmeal. Transfer dough to pizza peel or cookie layer with no lip. Add toppings.
