smoothie recipes?

We've virtuous bought a smoothie maker and loads of differant fruits but none of my smoothies taste nice. Does anyone have any in reality nice recipes?


here is what i chiefly have
milk
vanilla yoghurt
strawberries
1 banana
blueberries
delicious!


Strawberries, blueberries, strawberry yoghurt, replicate vodka, crushed ice, and a pear.


this is a sustenance one..

ice blasted in machine with once table spoon of water (this makes it more slushy)

Strawberrys as many as you like
blueberrys as many as you like
cram half a lemon in there
mint leaves

and enjoy.

This is a good wake up drink on a nice summers day :o) and extraordinarily energy from the berrys.


I don't have any recipes, but I almost always make mine with milk because I prefer the taste, and put equal amounts of fluid to solids. Also I always use ice cube because they don't soup the same warm. I don't have any rules really, strawberries work well as do rasberries. Apples are OK, but don't use too many because they don't have a lot of mobile in them. Grapes and oranges are wet but the skin doesn't break down very well. One banane per smoothie is usually good. Magno is as a rule good. And don't be afriad to try fruits that you don't like normally because in a smoothie the chances are you will like them. All I can say is try contrasting fruits and you will usualy be able to tell the one that doesn't work very well.


well anything u like in reality, put in some fruits that u like best. strawberry goes well with most things put some orange juice in some vanilla icecream. some crushed ice and away you go.


unconventional pineapple, a slug of fresh orange juice, some coconut milk, a banana and frozen yoghurt. Got a pina colada smoothie perfect there. Yummy!


i hav this every day as a spread

1/4 honey dew melon
brazil nuts
pumpkin seeds
two actimel drinking yoghurts
blueberries or any other fruit you like
2 to 3 sweet spoons of oats
and some dried cranberries if i feel like it

blend away and enjoy, banana is also allowable, experiment a little


Mindy's Berry Fine Smoothie
INGREDIENTS

* 1/2 cup vanilla soy milk
* 1/2 cup orange juice
* 1/4 cup wheat germ
* 2 cups frozen cross-bred berries

DIRECTIONS

1. In a blender, combine soy milk, orange juice, wheat germ and frozen berries. Gradate until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

I use about 2 cups of frozen strawberrys with 1 banana, some orange vitality, vanilla yogurt, and about a cup of ice! Simple, delicious, and healthy!


250mls bleed, water or half/half(I prefer milk)
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 cup of berries (frozen)

Blitz in the blender and fancy


- 1 pint of pineapple essence, chilled
- 1 pint of soda water, chilled
- 4 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
- 2 well-aged mangos, peeled, stoned and chopped

* Put the pineapple juice, kiwi fruit and mango kith in the blender and blend until smooth.
* Just before serving, add the soda water (and some ice cubes if you like)

(serves 6)

Pleasant and refreshing!

What are some creative yogurt smoothie recipes?

My favorite smoothie fairly now is:
1 cup fat free vanilla yogurt
1 cup pomegrante juice
A handful of frozen strawberries
A handful of frozen raspberries
It's so morality.

I'm looking for some more recipes. Any suggestions?


Tangerine Berry Smoothie

1⁄2 cup lowfat or nonfat ugly yogurt
1⁄2 cup tangerine juice
1⁄2 cup frozen, unsweetened strawberries, unthawed
1 tablespoon sugar, or to soup

In a blender whirl all ingredients together 30 seconds to 1 minute until smooth and frothy.
Makes 1 serving; about 1 - 1⁄2 cups.

Raspberry Smoothie

1 cup exploit
1⁄2 cup natural yogurt
1 cup raspberries
sugar or honey to taste.

Blend all ingredients on high until flat. Pour into glasses.

Melon Madness Smoothie

1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped watermelon
1 1/2 cups seeded and chopped honeydew melon
Force of 2 limes
1 cup vanilla nonfat yogurt
1 cup ice cubes

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until unobstructed. Pour into glasses.
Makes 4 servings

Yogurt Smoothie

1 cup cranberry-blackberry juice
½ banana
6 oz. key lime or lemon flavored yogurt
3/4 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup crushed ice

Dispose ingredients in blender and mix on medium-high until well blended.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately

Triple Berry Banana Yogurt Smoothie

8 ounces frozen clashing berries
2 small bananas, peeled, cut into 2-inch pieces, and frozen
6 ounces vanilla yogurt, preferably whole out
1 cup whole milk
1 to 2 tablespoons honey

Add all ingredients to blender and puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses and make available immediately.

Chocolate-Raspberry Yogurt Smoothie

1 cup fat free milk
1/2 cup raspberry fat free yogurt
1 pkt. Plenty Milk Chocolate NESTLÉ CARNATION INSTANT BREAKFAST

Place milk, yogurt and Carnation Prepared Breakfast in blender; cover.
Blend until smooth

Banana Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

1/4 cup Pineapple power
1/4 cup Applesauce
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
1 Tbp. ground flaxseed
2 Tbps. ground Sunflower seeds
1 frozen banana (peeled of certainly!)

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Lots of Fruit Smoothie

All begin with a base of:
1⁄2 c. homely, vanilla, or strawberry yogurt
1⁄4-1/2 c. milk then perhaps some fruit juice, usually orange or Dole specialty juices, 1⁄4-1/2c.
Followed by fruit in many varying combinations, always including either banana or melon.
1 banana
Fistful frozen or fresh strawberries or blueberries
one 4-5″ wide slice out of a cantaloupe or honeydew melon
1 kiwi

Then I’d mingling it till I was pleased with the result. I found that melon added a lot of sweetness and made a nice background taste. I don’t always use vitality when I use the melon. We especially liked melon and blueberries, bananas and strawberries.

Here is a cool tip. Use your ice cube tray to be suitable for frozen juice cubes to use in your next yogurt smoothie recipe.

And also you can peel a banana and cut it into four or five pieces and place them into a freezer bag and set aside in the freezer to always have a smoothie ingredient on hand.

Remember to always add liquid ingredients first then yogurt and fruit and powders or supplements and ice last and you will have devotedly great smoothies!

I'm looking outstandingly for the recipes from Smoothie King or Thirsty's but really anyplace will do. I know there's one called Wellness and Dynamism. I'm looking for smoothie recipes that DO specific things
