I use Italian salad dressing. When you get effectively pour over steak and let marinate until your ready to cook. Sometime I leave mine in the marinate for as little so 30 minutes. Anytime will be ok. Non-specifically the longer the better.

I merely give mine a little rub with olive oil, fresh crushed garlic, & Montreal steak spice.

Any good swordfish steak recipes out there?

I have a swordfish steak that I necessitate to cook. I've never done swordfish before, so any good ideas? I don't have a grill, so no grilling recipes please.

I passion this recipe!
In a pot boil 2 cups of water with 3 chicken bullion cubes and 1 tbsp of soy sauce. Add 2 cups of transcript rice cover and turn off heat.

In a seperate bowl mix 1 small white onion (finely chopped), 1 niggardly can of black chopped olives, 1 container grape tomatoes (each tomato cut in half), 2tbsp olive oil (must be hair-splitting quality), 1 container of crumbled feta cheese, and the juice from 1 lemon.

Take your swordfish and lightly sprinkle with poignancy and pepper on both sides. Place to the side.
Next, in a skillet heat 2tbsp of your favorite olive oil (make secure it is quality!!!) Flash fry the swordfish for 2 minutes flip and flash fry the other side then takeoff of the oven. Swordfish can be served wholly raw if it is good fish.
To serve:
Place rice on a dish, top with swordfish, squeeze fresh lemon extract on top of that. Then garnish with your tomato, onion, feta and olive mixture.
Enjoy!!!

confide in this. Slice the middle of the steak (not all the way open), but just so it creates a medium sized "pocket" if you will. Either accoutrements Glazed garlic or just fresh garlic inside the middle of the steak ( i hope you enjoy garlic) the juices from the steak and the flavour / flavor from the garlic will translute throughout the steak...and plz do not flip the steak over more then 2 times. that juice makes it. enjoy (salt, bit of crushed red spray, and anything else you want on top)
