Fried zucchini is the Most adroitly!!

Dip slices of zuch in whipped egg and dip in flour and crushed cracker mix (season flour to taste) and then fry in pan with grease...YUM YUM

Also zuch cooked in butter and brown sugar is honourableness!

I true-love them grilled. I just slice them, toss them with some italian dressing and put them on the grill.

They're great to eat immediately off the grill - but they are even better room temp or cold.. I usually will make a whole lot at a time and then put them on sandwiches, upset them on salads or eat them as snacks.

Cucumbers and Onions Procedure

This is similar to the recipe that my mother made when I was young. It is easy although the actual prep time seems long, it in fact takes little time.

2 medium cucumbers
2 medium onions
salt
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon vinegar

Peel cucumbers and slice thin.
Layer in thin dish, sprinkling each layer with salt.
Let stand overnight.
In the morning, drain cucumbers and bathing.
Let dry on paper towels.
Slice onions thin.
Mix gently with cucumber slices.
Beat together the mayonnaise or salad dressing, sugar and vinegar until creamy.
Stir into opposite involved cucumbers and onions.
(The dressing should be plentiful so the salad is creamy. Increase amounts of dressing ingredients, proportionally, if needed).

What do I do with a giant zucchini? Any recipes? Or arts and crafts?

I have grown an monstrous zucchini, and I don't know what to do with it. It is as big as my cat - and that's no scrawny cat. It's almost too big to eat. Any recipe suggestions that require a LOT of this vegetable?

Suggestion it and bag it in 1 cup amounts. Freeze. Use in Pancakes, zucchini loaf, muffins, etc. You could cut it in half lengthwise, scoop out the middle and line with a meatloaf mixture. Drizzle with tomato sauce and bake until the zucchini is soft.
