Profit pans but a bit small
This is a godly quality set for a fairly good price. However I should have read the sizes of the pans because everything is a bit smaller then I had thought. Blanket good buy.
Wholly Calphalon Nonstick 6-Piece Bakeware Set
The cookware is wonderful...no more tacky muffin pans, or hard-to-release muffins!! It was well worth the price just for the muffin pan...and the stay of the cookware is just as pleasing!
As expected
Skilful cookware. We have the Calphalon pans so we knew these would be great.
Tickety-boo non-stick baking set
This is a artistic starter set. It has everything that you'll need for regular baking. I've used these multiple times and have had no problems. I've placed these in the dishwasher multiple times and they haven't rusted. The muffins pop put out without sticking and making a cake is now easier without having to worry about it sticking.
A bonus...
i got these for my natural since she wants to work on her baking. she loved them.

Always a hit
I've known I needed a adequate set of casserole dishes for a while now, and since we're planning a couple rather large gatherings this fall, I felt it was about time. CorningWare has always been a trusted stigmatize in my family, and you can't go wrong with 17 pieces for that price. I could not be more pleased with the set! They've satisfied every need I've had for them since they arrived, and I'm steadfast they'll continue to do so for many, many, many years to come. :)
Correct gift
This mention was purchased as a gift for my mother, who had just bought a new home. She loves it. The many pluses include it can be habituated to in both the microwave and the oven, it can be washed in the dishwasher, it can be used as a serving piece, and it can be put in the freezer. A home run on all accounts.

As a note, Amazon was very avid with the delivery.
This is not pyroceramic Corningware! It's a sad subsitute.

The basic "French White" Corningware was made of their famous pyroceramic glass, which could be used on the gas stove, put directly in the freezer, put under the broiler set to rights from the freezer, and oh yes, also used in a microwave. And it was very unlikely to shatter if dropped. If you pounded on it with a hammer and nail you might have gotten it to discourage.

When World Kitchens bought the license from Corning, they decided to halt production of a line of cookware that would take anything and last forever, and hoodwink customers, especially brides, into thinking the stoneware "French White" was the same thing as the wonderful French Chalky pyroceramic cookware previously available.

The pattern is attractive and can be used with any decor, but this stuff is not, replication, really not, what people mean when they say "Corningware."

Le Creuset can do most of the above mentioned, but it being metal you cannot use it in the microwave. Stoneware cannot go on top of the stove, and repeated trips from the freezer to the oven will later cause it to craze and crack. And being stoneware, it will also chip, and break if dropped, etc. Pyrex glassware cannot go on the gas stove although you can take it from the freezer to the oven, and also microwave it.

The only goods which could do anything was pyroceramic, and World Kitchens has chosen to remove it from the market because it is "too good."

They have recently brought back a few of the old even shapes, with the Cornflower, or plain white, calling it "vintage," but the French White shape is not making an form yet. If you want it, email them and ask for it!

Meanwhile, don't buy this stuff. Get Le Creuset for cooking and roasting (yes it is expensive but it lasts forever and cooks excellently), and reheat things in Pyrex in the microwave.
Looks are a inadequate deceiving
I liking using the two large casserole dishes but I don't have much use for the smaller ones which are much smaller than I expected them to be. The smaller ones are not only young but are very shallow: maybe 1 inch or so deep.
Supreme Indeed :)
Docile to wash, easy to store. It's not that fancy and brittle that you have to watch to not break it. Four of pieces are with plastic lids and I use them to believe in marinated chicken, or salads I've maid. Four smallest peaces are great for dips and two biggest pieces that crumble with glass lids are perfect for baking. There is also a metal wire for easier carying.

Perfect for the notes. Strongly recomended.

Where can I find temperature adjustments for baking with silicone bake ware?

I have all silicone bake ware, but antagonistic to the rave reviews, my food always seems overcooked. When I tried to adjust the temperature 10 degrees, it was undercooked. The manifest product only tells you how to use, ie: was before use, spray pan for easy release, use metal sheet for larger pans.

Alteration the cook time. I've never once had to adjust my temperature for my silicon bakeware. I always start checking my eatables way before the minimum time because our oven seems to run hot. It sounds like that's what you need to do too.

Maybe in preference to of changing the temperature, try changing the cook time. Start checking on it fifteen minutes or a half hour before you normally would for doneness.

It sounds like the thermometer is off in your oven, and is overheating at one location and under-heating at just 10 degrees cooler. Honestly ten degrees shouldn't elect a difference. I have silicone, too and love it. I haven't had the problem you're describing, so I'm assenting to bet it's your oven. Oven thermometers are quite inexpensive and I would suggest investing in one so you may regulate the temperature.

What do you think of silicone bake ware?

I've always familiar baking stones, but have seen a lot of silicone bake ware lately. Ever used it? Thoughts?

so far, Ive acclimatized individual ones for muffins and cupcakes and a loaf one for meatloaf. They have worked out pretty well. I don't know about the chemical contamination part, but I reckon its purposes not worse than all the other plastic on my food. Plastic in the microwave is a different topic though than plastic in the oven. Microwaves do freaky stuff internally to generate the heat where ovens just produce the heat and expose your nutriment to it.

I like them. Plan on trying out some more. Keeping my pizza baking stone, though.

Silicone bake-ware? How well does it work?

I was thoughtful about getting my mom some new loaf pans for xmas cause she's been wanting some new ones & I was wondering how well the silicone ones m? We don't own any silicone bake-ware so I was just kinda wonderin which you thought worked better. Silicone or equal-angled medal pans.
Thanks!

Oh. PS. They'll prolly mostly be used for making breads.

i purchased a silicone bundt pan a year ago and it works very well. you well-grounded have to be sure to place it on a cookie sheet when placing it in the oven. the silicone is very flexible and will calapse when you pick it up. you should good form b in situ it on the cookie sheet before filling it. just make sure you follow the instructions on the package before using, these are very critical. i prefer good solid aluminum or the glass because they are much easier to clean. the coated metal pans are the worst and can movement your foods to bake or cook unevenly. i have a lot of cleaning suggestions also.
