I neediness to start a business, & i dont know where to begin.
I would love to own a bakery or patesrie .. I have my skills But i want to make it more business suitable.
where do i start ?
I have Bachelours in Business Sciences, but always Loved baking & sweets ..

start with a feasiblity exploration and a business plan. you're going to have to do a lot of reading and investigating to begin with. it would be so satisfying to own your own business and i undeviating hope it works out for you.

I'm throwing a reception where I need lots of desserts. I saw this on tv once but didn't think to write the name of the bakery down. Also if you know of any gourmet cookie bakeries across the US please let me discern.

I wish for to know specifically what kinds of things you would buy at a bakery for breakfast? Please be specific with what kind of items(for instance blueberry muffins or cream cheese scones)
If you could have your favorite fixation sold at a local bakery what would it be. Does anyone have any excellent recipes for bakery items? Only serious answers. I am considering opening a bakery in the days and need consumer input so I know what people want.
