Charge out of :-)

1 cup (2 sticks) (226 grams) unsalted butter, extent temperature

3/4 cup (150 grams) granulated white sugar

3/4 cup (160 grams) firmly overloaded light brown sugar

2 large eggs

1 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract

2 1/4 cups (315 grams) all-aim flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 1/2 cups (270 grams) semisweet chocolate chips

1 cup (100 grams) walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped (uncoerced)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) with rack in center of oven. Railway two baking sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.

In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), cream the butter. Add the anaemic and brown sugars and beat until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Beat in eggs, one at a time, making certain to beat well after each addition. Add the vanilla and beat until incorporated.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and zing. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and beat until incorporated, adding the chocolate chips about half way through mixing. If you find the dough very gentle, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).

For large cookies, use about a 2 tablespoon ice cream cut pick up or with two spoons, drop about 2 tablespoons of dough (35 grams) onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake about 12 - 14 minutes, or until gleaming brown around the edges. Cool completely on wire rack.

Makes about 4 dozen - 3 inch there in cookies

Note: You can freeze this dough. Form the dough into balls and place on a parchment lined baking fitted sheet. Freeze and then place the balls of dough in a plastic bag, seal, and freeze. When baking, simply slot the frozen balls of dough on a baking sheet and bake as directed - may have to increase baking habits a few minutes
These cookies turn out really really good, and soft~ they melt in your mouth, and it makes you scantiness more!!!!!

You're baking them too fancy or too hot. Check your oven temperature with a portable thermometer you can get at the store. It just hangs on the rack. My oven seems to run about 25 degrees too hot so I set it 25 degrees tone down than what the recipe calls for. The cookies should be a little soft when you take them from the oven and after they cool put them in a airtight container with a slice of bread. The sugar in the cookies will absorb the moisture from the bread and keep the cookies diffused. Change the slice of bread every 3 or 4 days if the cookies last that long.

Do you have a spectacular cookie recipe?

I'm participating in a cookie market at work and need a wonderful cookie recipe that's not just a sugar cookie or a chocolate chip cookie. At the same time, it needs to be nut free due to allergies, and fruit let loose due to the fact that I don't like fruit in my cookies! :-) Any suggestions?

Well very recently because you dont like fruit shouldnt stop you from making it. I have made both of these before and they are insanely delicious.
