Cupcakes?!?!?!?

I have to turn up tell of like 50 cupcakes by tomorrow morning. I am using like the easy, box mix, but was wondering if anyone had any ideas to facilitate a make up for them taste like homemade or better than a regular box? Anything I can add or take out or whatever? Thanks!

get the cream cheese whipped glaze...its sooooo good


In vanilla cupcakes, if you add a petty more vanilla, that will help.

In chocolate ones, if you adda little cinammon, that makes a world of adjustment.

add lemon peel and lemon liquid to a vanilla icing. It's called zesting. Put a sour fruit jujube on top of each one. Yummers!

Use the boxed dry mix. It will save you time. If you want to go for the home made taste, make homemade frosting and top with that. All cakes mignonne much tastes the same. What makes a cake is the frosting.


Try putting a narrow-minded bit of vanilla extract, for a little hint of vanilla. Also, try puttin in there some heavy cream.


I find the box...the wonderful moist type, are just as good if not better than homemade...don't punish yourself...they want 50 cupcakes, take them as is...

oh yeah, cook up d be reconciled sure you grease the pan and use the toothpick trick. (stick it in the middle to see if it's cooked)
If you don't grease the pan. YUCK it get's burnt. well well-disposed luck again! :)


I would arrive at white cupcakes and then do a cream cheese frosting and then for the grand finale...put a strawberry filling in them.
Only put half the amount of abuse in the baking cups, then put a spoonful of strawberry jam (seedless would be best) then cover the jam with some more batter. then just bake as worn out....when people go to take a bite out of them they will be surprised there is a yummy center.


I am not undeviating how too, but one thing is for sure, I am soooo going to make cupcakes now!
I agree with the person who said that 50 cupcakes is 50 cupcakes, And the myself who said homemade frosting.

What are some simple ideas for wedding cupcakes and their stands?

I am having my cupcakes made by a relatives member, so I need so good picture examples of wedding cupcakes. I have some pictures, but not many.
I also am debating wether I miss individual cupcake centerpieces (to cut cost of additional centerpieces) for the tables, or if I want a cupcake minaret seperately. I haven't found any examples of cupcake centerpieces for tables, just pictures of big cupcake towers... so I impecuniousness some pictures or individual centerpiece's for tables.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

How do I make DOMED cupcakes?

Does anyone have any tips or recipes for domed cupcakes? The cupcakes I travel always end up flat and are hard to ice. I would really love to make some domed cupcakes (so they end up looking high in the middle like muffins). I am not convinced if it is my cupcake recipe that makes my cupcakes flat - your comments would be greatly appreciated.

Toni -- I have two suggestions [1] fill the cups 3/4 full. [ 2 ] bake the cup cakes at
370 to 375*F on the middle tenter of your oven. This should solve the problem.
