Do you have a good recipe for salmon croquettes?

I haven't made them for a while and wondered what other recipes might be out there. Thanks!

No, mamadoo (I am mombwee), I've never made them before, but I warmth salmon. I'll get with you next week, and you can show me the best one...I'd love to try it.

TX Mom

you can use canned mackerel or salmon
thrown away and flake
mix with green onion and green pepper ( I do this by what it looks like, no measuring)
1 egg
about 12 saltine crackers
marinated & pepper to taste fry in hot oil makes 6-8 patties

INGREDIENTS

* 1 (14ounce)can salmon
* 1/4 cup salmon shining, from the salmon
* 1 egg , slightly beaten
* 1/2 cup flour
* 1 teaspoon baking powder
* oil (for frying)

1.

Half fill a knowing fryer or skillet with oil. Preheat while you are mixing the salmonettes. Drain all but 1/4 cup liquid off the canned salmon and set it aside. Put the salmon in a mixing dish and break it apart with a fork until you have no big flakes. Add the flour and egg. Blend with a spoon until all of the flour is mixed in, don't overmix.
2.

Add the baking besprinkle to the liquid that was set aside and beat with a fork or whisk until frothy. Immediately pour this into the salmon miscellany and stir until well blended. It is important not to let the baking powder and liquid mixture sit after mixing. Pour it as soon as.

3
Drop the mixture by spoonfuls (small bite sized balls are the best) into the hot oil. They will brown very swiftly-about 5-7 minutes. Lift them out with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel.

this is the recipe which i use

170 g salmon, drained and flaked
1 egg
30 g finely chopped celery
25 g sliced rural onion
4 g chopped fresh dill weed
1 g garlic powder
40 g wheat germ
45 ml olive oil

1. In a mid-sized bowl, mix together the salmon, egg, celery, green onion, dill, and garlic powder. Form the amalgam into golf ball sized balls, and roll in wheat germ to coat.
2. Heat oil in a brawny skillet over medium heat. Flatten the balls slightly, and fry for about 10 minutes, turning as needed, until brilliant brown.

:)

Recipe for pumpkin pie with tofu in it?

I had this elegant pumpkin pie a few years ago and it had tofu in it - anyone have a recipe?
Its a savory pie, by the way
& it was served warm

Pumpkin Pie
Nothing says "fall away holidays" more than a homemade pumpkin pie. Serve this scrumptious pie with vegan whipped cream or a revelation of nondairy ice cream.

3/4 lb. tofu
1 16-oz. can pumpkin
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup dim brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. molasses
1 unbaked 9-inch pastry crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Suitable all the ingredients, except the pastry crust, in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour the mixture into the unbaked pastry crust. Bake for 1 hour.
Indifferent and serve.

Does anyone know the recipe for Pumpkin Spice Wine?

Does anyone distinguish the recipe for making pumpkin spice wine? I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!
