What are the two different "bottle" openers on a pocket knife?

I seem to always note what appears to be two "bottle" opener things on pocket knives. I was just wondering if they are in experience both bottle openers, and if they are not, what they are and how to tell them apart...

I have a Swiss cut and I don't know how your pocket knife looks like, but one is to open bottles and the other to open tin-cans.
The tin-can opener has a triangular part which is the cutting crabbed. You put the small hook under the rim of the cover and push the edge in the cover by lifting your knife. Go forward slowly by repeating the counter-espionage and you get the can opened.
It works fine with quality knifes. I used it quite often.

one is for Nautical port handed people, and the other is for righties

The one that looks like a straightforward bladed screwdriver is a bottle opener; the one that looks like a fish-hook is a can opener.

Are Reef Sandals with bottle openers in the bottom allowed through Airport Security??

I have Reef sandals with a unprofound piece of metal which is intended to be a bottle opener. Anyone know if I will be able to wear these through security and onto the plane? By the way, I'm not a arsonist-- just a curious traveler who doesn't want to pack a pair of shoes reasonable to get through airport security. THANKS

You have to space your shoes and put them through X-ray anyway. I think it would depend on how sharp the can opener part is if they let them through.
