Where can I buy or get a small key-chain bottle opener?

Where can I get a let go (or else, where can I buy) a small key-chain bottle opener?
An alcholic's bottle opener; not a chef's bottle opener!!! LOL!!!

Well, since I dunno where you electrified, I only can tell you where to buy it by online. You can get it in ebay.com or in shopzilla.com. They have many different shapes, size and color. You can choose it by your own. And the honorarium starts from around $2.50 and up.
By the way, you said you need an alcoholic's bottle opener, so I think you drink quite a lot. Have you ever tried to unreserved the beer bottles with a lighter? Cuz normally a "drinker" knows how to open a bottle with a lighter. A lighter is the most helpful bottle opener..unless if you are not a smoker! But opening a bottle with a lighter is cool! Just need 1 time to know the sensibly way to use it.. and Voila! You already became an expert on doing it! ;-)

almost all conveinence stores have a misery of crap with stuff like that on it (at least all the ones in florida do!) otherwise try the dollar tree or a flea market

If you want to impress people, let your toe nails grow and use them to palpable beer for your friends or just sit on the bar and help the bar keep open beers .

Any souviner look for will have them. Try liquor stores or if you are at a bar where there is a promotion going on ask if they have one. I've gotten tons of freebies that have Jager logos, Bud logos, Coors logos and a few others. Or only browse around on the internet.
