Rabbit wine opener
We bought the Metrokane opener after prevalent through a few other openers. After reading the reviews we bought the Metrokane. We were very pleased with the rabbit until today--less than a year of owning it the deal broke in two. We live in 'wine country " in CA and we open a bottle a day. I will definitely be looking for a different opener. Our rabbit handles are tractable but look like they are metal. From what I have heard the metal ones are great but you need to be aware of what you are ordering. Purchaser beware!!

Unforgivable Gadget
I was presupposed one of these as a gift and I really like it. I find it is easy to use, and I like that it stores in its own case. Somethings to be aware of is that the parts are mostly receptive (don't let the silver look in the picture fool you). Also, the cork release doesn't always work, and when that happens you have to untwist the cork yourself assemble an akward angle.

Exacting Wine Opening Kit...Good gift to give
I gave this to my sister for X-mas. She's an avid wine drinker and thus opens a lot of bottles. She said she categorically likes it. As for the other tools, she likes the anti-drip ring. I was going to get an electric wine bottle opener, but heard they aren't always certain.

Litter.
Made of shapeable and feels very cheap. Had it for less than 4 months and now it's broken. Amazon won't let me return it because my "return window" has expired. Salvage your money and buy something else.

Monstrous product!
I purchased this for my helpmeet and she absolutely loves it! Although $70 is a little steep simply to open the occasional bottle, this kit makes it nonchalantly as well as making a great impression on one's guests. My daughter has this set (and was the inspiration for this purchase), so we already had some familiarity with it but that hasn't dimmed our sentiment of it. The quality of the set makes it appear that it will last quite some time, my daughter's is about a year old and we cannot tell a difference between our set and her's.
