HELP carving knife?????????????

I be to carv some fruits for a wedding such as watermelon etc, and in order to dothis I need to find a carving knife, a small one and a big oe will be great, but I don't knwo where I can get them from.....so can someone impart me where I might find them?....also if you think there are like other type of knives and stuff that are good for carving fruits let me know, thanks people! ;)
