What is the easiest way to drain Orzo pasta?

Orzo pasta is so small that it fair goes right through a regular colander. I need help because my husband loves it.

Clutches strainer!

try a sieve to out it. A sieve is a strainer with wire mesh, used to strain and drain all kinds of stuff.
Joyful Holidays!~~

they have the strainers that you can use as a sifter for powdered sugar as well. You can bailer it out like that.

Disappear from it in the pot you cooked it in, Put a plate over it and and turn the pot upside down all the water will drain and you will not loose any pasta. Be careful since its HOT! Do not accouter e come it completely upside down tilt it as to drain the water

A powdery sieve will work, they are cheap and can even get one at the dollar store.

If you won't be shopping today place a coffee clarify or paper towel in the colander and drain it through that.

: )

Happy cooking!

get a strainer. these are diferent from collanders. the strainer are the metal clutches ones that will handle orzo with no problems. also good for any other small things, such as rinsing beans

You could border your regular colander with cheesecloth, or even papertowels. It may take a little longer to strain, but the smaller holes of t he cheesecloth will not assign the orzo to go through.

Enmesh strainer!

Principled buy a strainer with smaller holes! Dollar stores might carry them.

What are washable reusable kitty litter options?

What research can be used as a washable and reusable kitty litter?

I want to scoop the #2 and rinse the urine with a gallon of tap water which would flow though holes similar to how things are rinsed with a colander.

It would have to be something that would not absorb water or at least dry out quickly. And the pieces would have to be no larger than pea magnitude and not to small that they would pass though a tiny hole.

That sounds like an terrible lot of work and very messy.

Why don't you just use wood stove pellets? They totally absorb the moisture and odor from urine and the pellets interfere down into sawdust. If you dump the pan when the pellets are about 2/3 of the way broken down the pan dumps out dry. And best part? They're super for a song - about $4 for a FORTY POUND BAG! You can find them at Home Stores, feed/farm stores and grocery stores if you complete in a cooler climate. They're the exact same product as what's sold as "Feline Pine" - but without a cat lineaments on the bag and for 1/8 of the price.

What do frogs eat and also want to know if they bite?

There is a midget frog in my kitchen. I put a colander on top of it until morning. Do they bite? It is very small. What do they eat? HELPd

Most frogs do in actuality have teeth of a sort.
They have a ridge of very small cone teeth around the upper edge of the jaw. These are called Maxillary Teeth.
Frogs often also have what are called Vomerine Teeth on the roof of their gob.
They don't have anything that could be called teeth on their lower jaw, so they usually swallow their food whole. The so-called "teeth" are mainly cast-off to hold the prey and keep it in place till they can get a good grip on it and squash their eyeballs down to swallow their dinner.
Toads, however, do NOT have any teeth.

Frogs use their long sticky tongue to capture their food.
Most frogs eat small insects like flies and cockroaches. The larger ones eat snakes, small mammals, birds and even other frogs.
Frogs do not have occasion for to drink water, as they are able to absorb water through their skin.

Frogs and toads eat insects, spiders, small fish, worms and other diminutive animals. They catch them with their long, sticky tongue.
