This pan has to cook evenly with NO sticking using NO oil, disperse, or butter at all. Just pan and food. I don't have time to buy it online so any suggestions what store I can get it at. Thanks
The BEST out there is busted anodized cookware. They have cheaper sets at Wal-Mart and Sears for under $100 for the whole set.
You must season it first, hand delete only, and no temp over medium. Trust me even with a medium heat; it will boil water. That's how hot it gets.

I take advantage of stir fry cooking. I was using a simple non stick fry pan but a great looking wok caught my attention. I bought it. It came with all the essentials, big pan, torridness deflector, steam rack and bamboo utensils along with a guide as to how to properly season the pan. After all is said and done, I use my nonconformist non stick fry pan to do my stir fry. The wok is used for those times that I feel a need for the "jee whiz" factor to put one's hands into play.
What is the best non stick pan where the coating will not get scratched up? I bought a Cookhouse Aide and after about 6 months of heavy (almost daily) use the coating got all scratched up. Is there a brand where this won't happen?
Am I not cleaning it correctly?
Also, what is the difference between Caphalon Kitchen Essentials and Pro Series? Is the higher price on the Pro Series worth it?

I preference my pans, they are T-fel durabase. They are lite weight and clean-up is great, just a quick swipe in soap and dampen. Nothing and I mean nothing sticks. I paid $25 for 2 skillets and have had them for a year. Usually I have to throw them out after 6 months or less and everything is sticking and the coating has scractched off. ( and where does it go, in our stomachs) :(
I have a place if these wearout it's okay, they were cheap. I have had the expensive stuff and it isn't any better, just expenditure more. lol
