Just kidding, my dad didn't put new oil on the deep fryer and I don't wanna cook it on the frying pan. Mainly because I can't cook.

Caught a categorize of bluegills and rockbass and would like to deepfry them for my family. I need a good, easy to prepare clout for them.
Pan Fried Fair-skinned Fish
1 1/4 pounds sea bass fillets, skin on
Coarse salt and cracked black dot
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, to coat fish
2 teaspoons olive oil
Unwrap fish but leave it on the massacre paper. Season with salt and pepper on flesh side only. Sprinkle generously with flour, and then shake off the nimiety.
In a 12-inch non-stick skillet, heat 2 teaspoons of olive oil over medium high ardour until hot but not smoking. Place the fish in the pan skin side down. Cook until golden, about 3 to 4 minutes. Turn the fish over and cook until the give is just cooked through and is no longer translucent, about 3 more minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish. Serves 4
its too trying to clean the pan now.if anybody knows the best way of cleaning this dirty pan,pl.help me.
My favorite pans to fry in are the distressful cast iron ones. They are perfect for cooking once they turn black and have a nice black "crust" on the casing. ( they are considered well seasoned at this point) This might be the same for your hindolium pan. Hindolium is some sort of cross between aluminum and dirk. If the blackening is affecting the efficiency of your pan, then you might try scouring it with Brillo (steel wool pads)
I'm horrid at deep frying. Everything always comes out soggy with oil and gross. All I want to do is wrap chicken up in a tortilla and get the tortilla super crunchy. like a flauta.
I have deep doff expel iron frying pans and no thermometer.
tips?
first of all, persuade sure you use FRESH oil (canola or vegetable oil) and you should make sure you get the oil nice and HOT before you drop it in the oil. make foolproof you don't leave it in the grease too long or it will be grease-soaked because it will get soggy. also, when you take it out of the grease, drain whatever your'e cooking on a autograph towel so it'll soak up that excess oil.
NEVER put your food in cold grease and do NOT overcook it.
