What is the BEST nonstick fry pan to buy - where the food actually WON'T stick to the pan?

I was well-grounded recently gifted the BEST non-stick frying pan. It's a kitchen aid and is a little more pricey but unqualifiedly worth it. I also have T-Fal and hate them...but LOVE this Kitchen Aid. When you're buying a good frying pan it is worth it to pay a barely extra! :)

Anything with Teflon

T-fal makes some unusually nice fry pans. i PROMISE that nothing will ever stick to it :)

okay, so it's way easygoing. When you go buy the pans just look to see that there's black on the inside that feels smooth to the touch. And if it says non-be deterred and feels way smooth, it won't stick. Sometimes it's worth a little extra cash.

if it's not a dollar stockpile pan it should last a while. so far i haven't found one the foods absolutely do not stick to. for instance, when i fry an agg, i use some type of oil in the pan. the problem with non-stick pans is when you use a metal utensil on them, it scratches off the coating. periodically you will have to put back your non-stick cookware

My the missis and I got rid of our teflon stuff and moved to stainless steel.
It is the best move we have made regarding the kitchen...

The bad thing about ANY teflon is that you get particles of the teflon in your eats, and as it gets scratched from use, the particles get bigger...

How do you remove a burn from a nonstick frying pan?

We cracked out the new nonstick frying pan to use on the new stove. But it sat weird and now there's a black burn in the middle of the pan! Does anyone have any ideas/tips on how to remove, or at least get rid of most of, the burn, without ruining the pan? THANKS!!!

two parts vinegar, one part baking soda, slowly let it intense on the stove for an hour or so . . . it should slide right off.

My nonstick frying pan got scratches. Can you recommend a replacement that is light weight and can last long?

I bought my widely known one (DuPont SilverStone) from Costco. I have not used it much and did not use metal utensils but it still got scratches. I am looking for a stir fry sort. Thanks.

You can buy consumable stir fry pans just about anywhere, but they are a bit of a pain because you have to cure them. . . Still better than Teflon though because it causes cancer :)

Recipe: Bacon, egg and chicory salad By Annie Bell Fry the bacon in a as a whole nonstick frying pan over a medium heat for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently until golden, then drain on a twin thickness of kitchen paper and leave to cool. At the same time, bring a medium-sized pan of distilled water

Nigel Slater's tiny omelette and black-pudding frittata recipes
Nigel Slater's tiny omelette and black-pudding frittata recipes I'm not unflinching my omelette pan is any such thing. A pan worthy of the name should probably be nonstick and have a totally smooth surface and gently curving sides. The pan in which I take to one's heels mine is black steel, only nonstick because of the years of service
