Lodge Double Play Reversible Grill Griddle
As with all Register products, this was ready to use right out of the box. I slowly warmed it up over two burners while prepping my sourdough pancake pummel. I found I could make up to six cakes at a time for my grandkids or three at a time for my kids. Fed the whole family (four kids and five grandkids) with no problems. After eating and letting the griddle unexcited it was a simple matter of wiping the griddle down, drying and oiling it, and it is ready to go again. I would have wished it to be a few inches wider as most of my cooking is done over charcoal or an explain fire. This is, however, an excellent size and product for indoor cooking. Have used many other products over the years and Lodge seems to be most in keeping in their quality and usefulness.

Valid threw it on top of the crappy grill grate and cooked away. After a small learning curve my grilling is getting many more thumbs up.
Explicitly what I was looking for
Skilful product. We took it on a week long camping trip and cooked fajitas, pancakes, eggs, bacon, you name it on this speck griddle. It fits perfect on a dual fual coleman camp stove and was a treat to use. One thing to note: since the camp-ground stove has two different size burners one side gets much hotter than the other. If both burners on your stove have the same output then the griddle will excitement evenly. No fault of the griddle, just be aware of what you are using it with. Love the product, considering buying another for our other stove.
Glaring griddle
Looked all over in stores for a griddle of this immensity (perfect for RV's or boat stoves) I use it on our boat for almost all my stove top cooking (burgers, eggs, pancakes, toasted sandwiches, etc.) Even though it is pre-trained, I have found spraying it with a little olive oil works especially well for eggs.
Buffalo burger grill
An excluding acquisition to cook buffalo meat patties on a gas grill. Buffalo with its 3 to 4% fat content falls excepting when used the gas grill grids when flipped to cook on the other side. This Lodge cast iron grill allows me to plaster PAM on the surface and cook away. It is used on a 22 year old Sunbeam cast iron gas grill.
