Where can I get aninterchangeable Electric Grill/Griddle/Waffle Iron?

I deficiency to have the grill or smooth surface plates to encompass both top and bottom of the grill

Most electric waffle irons have reversible plates with a irregular side for waffles and a smooth side for grilling top-and-bottom. By the way, the previous answer, which recommended George Foreman grillers, is misleading. Yes, they will grill, but they are not waffle irons, and if you necessitate the option to make waffles as well, Foreman grillers won't do it.

I thoughtfulness these stove top grills are only suppose to be used on gas stoves, or can they be used on electric stoves also?

I just bought a griddle/grill for my stove top. Do I just put it on my electric stove?

I got it at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. I asked the lady at the checkout if that was what I was theorized to do and she didn't know. She said I MIGHT have to have a GAS stove, but could probably use it on my electric. It's one of those that would I guess cover 2 burners and one side it's a griddle and the other side a grill. I precisely don't want to ruin it or anything when I could go get my money back (even though the closest store is 2 hours away). Someone please advise me quickly so I'll know whether I can cook with it or not. I really appreciate it!
should I cover the burners with tin foil or anything to avoid intense which ever side I'm not using so that DIRECT heat doesn't get to the bottom of the griddle/grill?

Yes, you put it preferred on top of two burners. Electric or gas stove, it doesn't matter. My uncle has one like that. It's really uncluttered, and convenient. Hope you make some good food with it!
