Unfortunately no. The iron griddle most undoubtedly has a VERY rough surface on the bottom which could scratch the glass surface. You also cannot use copper bottom pans on a glass top stove. Although trusting to clean and sexy looking, glass top stoves are a bit of a pain when it comes to versatility with pans.
