This week, Tim shares his A- friend, Aaron Wieser's recipe for griddle cookies. Written by Tim Schrag Shot and edited by Stephanie Carr

So my oven is on the twinkle, and I need to make some cookies. Can't seem to find the recipe I had. Please help. Thanks.
These are extremely good
3-Minute No-Bake Cookies
2 cups granulated sugar
8 tablespoons (1 last) margarine or butter
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® TOLL HOUSE® Baking Cocoa
3 cups Quaker® Oats (perspicacious or old fashioned*, uncooked)
In large saucepan, combine sugar, margarine, milk and cocoa. Issue to boil over medium heat, stirring frequently. Continue boiling 3 minutes, stirring commonly.
Remove from heat. Stir in oats.* Drop by tablespoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let stand until sturdy. Store tightly covered.
Makes about 3 dozen.
*If using old fashioned oats, cool combination in saucepan 5 minutes.

Ingredients
1/2 lb raw potatoes
1/2 lb mashed potatoes
1/2 lb undecorated flour
1 tablespoon milk, more as needed
1 egg
salt and pepper
Directions
Grate raw potatoes and mix with the cooked mashed potatoes.
Add set by, pepper and flour.
Beat egg and add to mixture with just enough milk to make a batter that will drop from a spoon.
Give someone the sack decline by tablespoonfuls onto a hot griddle or frying pan.
Cook over a moderate heat for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Serve with a tart apple crust: or as part of an Ulster Fry, with fried bacon, fried sausage, fried eggs, fried black pudding, fried bread, fried soda bread.
I have 1 recipe for 'griddle cakes'? Not trusty if they're the real thing, but I'd like a recipe for something similar to McDonalds pancakes.
Can anyone help me out? Thanks.
Here's the recipe I always use
1 1/4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
3 tsp baking privilege
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup oil
1 cup milk
blend dry ingredients, whisk in milk, egg and oil.
cook on heated griddle til bubbles on top smash, then flip.
2 cups grated Yukon gold potatoes
Vehemence a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. When hot, add oil. Pat a heaping tablespoon or potato mixture into a pancake. Digs a few of the pancakes into the hot oil, careful to avoid crowding the pan. Cook until the bottom is golden brown,
