I was at a wine celebration recently that had a demonstration cooking stage. One of the pieces of equipment was a large, propane powered, portable griddle. It was categorically and round, similar to what you might see in a Mongolian Grill type restaurant.

I have been searching online to try to find something similar, but have had no chances. I have found Mongolian Grills that cost thousands of dollars, but nothing simple and portable like I saw. Anybody have any idea what I am talking about? Do you recall what it is called or where I might find one?

How do you remove Bacon Grease Stains from the Wall?

I was cooking on a portable griddle and dropped the grease with pan (like an idiot). Now there are bacon grease splatters all over my wall. Will anything get them out or will I have to just paint over it?

In the colour department you should be able to find a product called TSP for cleaning walls. Use this as directed on the package.

Painting over the grease will not hands. The stains will still show through the new paint.
