www.zappos.com Goods Description: # Feed an army or at least your family with the Unison Nonstick 12" Round Griddle from Calphalon ...

Oh aye, did i write about the nice turf fire: Being irish there might even be a drop of the auld buttermilk! for those with a nervous disposition.
well that sounds kindly but being a true scot i'd have to invite you round for a plate of mince n tatties...now that really warms the old cockles!
its even-handed a griddle. no super cool top secret name, sorry.
I was at a wine commemoration recently that had a demonstration cooking stage. One of the pieces of equipment was a large, propane powered, carriable griddle. It was flat and round, similar to what you might see in a Mongolian Grill type restaurant.
I have been searching online to try to find something similar, but have had no stroke of luck. I have found Mongolian Grills that cost thousands of dollars, but nothing simple and portable like I saw. Anybody have any feeling what I am talking about? Do you know what it is called or where I might find one?
I notion of this is what you are looking for. The company that makes this round griddle is call Evo Inc. there web site is http://www.evo-web.com

Tacolicious serves up a Mexico City-style menu in the Mission district
Two of these bites are extraordinary: a delicate Salvadorean tamale of almost custardy, flavor-infused masa topped with chicken and vegetables, and a nopal taquito ($1.50) mounded with gentle cactus and topped with a griddle-crisped round of cheese.
