what temperature can I use to bake carob chips?
Every pass I bake carob chip cookies the carob chips burn before the cookie is done. Does anyone one know of a well-founded carob chip cookie recipie. Does anyone know what baking temperature is good to make carob chisel cookies.

320 if you can consider cookies in middle of oven. if u have empty pan put on shelf right above,helps re direct heat. Heat to 350 put in cookies than courtesy down to 320. and continue to bake rest of rec time.good luck,...Baker Bob

At what temperature to bake a homemade, uncooked frozen pie?
I made a mass of "pot-pie" sized pies, and then put them into the freezer. I'm planning on baking an apple pie and a pumpkin pie for tomorrow. At what temperature and for how large should I bake the pies? Do they need different times/temps? Does it even matter that they're smaller in size?
