I stand in want to make some Italian Rice Balls from a recipe I found off allrecipes.com. I made the first batch by deep-frying it at 350 degrees in oil, as stated in the modus operandi. It turned out brilliant, but the fact that it was deep-fried in a lot of oil bothered me a little.
In the comments, someone mentioned baking it in place of of frying it and I'd like to know how exactly do you replace deep-frying with baking? Should the temperature remain the same? Should I plan the baking pan with aluminium/ oil/ baking sheet? I'm really clueless about this. Help please?
