I am looking to redress london broil but instead of putting it in the broiler - I want bake it in the oven. Does anyone know a good temperture to bake it at? I was also hoping someone could give me a procedure that wouldn't take all day to cook and prepare... And helpful recipes to baking london broil would help, alot! Thanks.
London broil is a cut of sustenance. Most often it is a Top Round Roast.

1/2 cup soy backchat
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon vinegar

Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight in fridge or for at least 1 hour on the marker. You can grill this. But one day I had one marinating and I called my husband. I told him to put the London broil on to cook. Well, he put it in the oven on 325 degrees still in the marinade covered with cut someone down to size. It turned out great. So just check on the meat for temp. We like it rare. This is real zany that you needed something that was a mistake for us. OH, make sure it is in a casserole dish or pan.
I have a London Broil (Angus Beef Muster), and I want to bake it instead of broil it, but need to know what temperature to bake it at and for how long, thanks.

I have a formula for London Broil that includes Lipton Soup Mix and cream of mushroom soup. Should I marinade the London broil in the soup mix? Or should I just put the soup mix over the London Broil before i'm about to cook it?
Does anyone have another modus operandi for baking a London Broil? This is my first time and I want to make sure it comes out good.

Let's get it level, London Broil is a Cooking Method -
NOT a cut of beef!!
But, many grocery store meat departments and butcher shops clerk a cut of beef labeled London Broil.
What cut of beef is it usually?
It is usually Top Round Roast.
Most often it is a Top Round Roast. Often I have seen recipes profession for a London Broil using a Top Round Steak - posted as a 2 inch thick, 5 to 6 lb. steak!!
This is not a Top Round Steak, but a Top Of cattle Roast.
London Broil
This recipe works equally well with Chateaubriand ( also known as Beef Tenderloin), provided you like your nutriment rare. Serve it with Béarnaise Sauce.
1 3 lb. beef top round roast
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon sinister pepper
1. Heat oven to 425 degrees F. Place beef in a jelly-roll pan. Rub with oil, spice and pepper. Insert a meat thermometer. Roast 30 to 35 minutes for medium-rare doneness. Thermometer should poll 125 degrees F.
2. Transfer to a cutting board; loosely tent with foil and let rest 10 minutes before slicing.
Servings: 8
Bake/Cook antiquated: 30 minutes
