What is a good way to bake london broil?

I am looking to redress london broil but instead of putting it in the broiler - I want bake it in the oven. Does anyone know a good temperture to bake it at? I was also hoping someone could give me a procedure that wouldn't take all day to cook and prepare... And helpful recipes to baking london broil would help, alot! Thanks.
London broil is a cut of sustenance. Most often it is a Top Round Roast.

London Broil
1/2 cup soy backchat
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon vinegar
Beef

Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight in fridge or for at least 1 hour on the marker. You can grill this. But one day I had one marinating and I called my husband. I told him to put the London broil on to cook. Well, he put it in the oven on 325 degrees still in the marinade covered with cut someone down to size. It turned out great. So just check on the meat for temp. We like it rare. This is real zany that you needed something that was a mistake for us. OH, make sure it is in a casserole dish or pan.

Never heard of it - what is it?

If your grocer has labeled the cut of vital part you have as London broil, skip to the next paragraph. To purists, London broil is a preparation, not a cut of meat. It is a steak that is pan-fried (and therefore not grilled) over high activate only to medium rare, beyond which point it becomes inedibly tough. It is a useful preparation for lean, tough cuts of food, such as flank steak, shoulder, and round. To the less pure, London broil is a preparation that involves marinating a flank steak, then grilling, broiling, or pan-frying it.

Some definitely promiscuous butchers label various cuts of meat London broil, including flank steak, sirloin tip, top around, etc. We’ll assume you have a flank steak. For best results, marinate the meat for several hours or overnight in the refrigerator in the marinade of your choosing. It is easiest to put the marinade and heart in a sealable plastic bag. Turn the bag over once or twice. When you are ready, grill the steak over high heat for about 3 minutes per side, then walk the grill down to medium if using gas or move the steak to a cooler area if using charcoal, and cook for another five to six minutes, turning it once midway.

For all time, for a flank steak, the grilling is less of an issue than the cutting. Flank steaks are tough, so you slice them thinly on a diagonal across the trace to sever the tough fibers and make the flavorful steak chewable.

grilled marinated london broil

For marinade
4 weighty garlic cloves, minced
4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
4 tablespoons fresh lemon pith
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried basil, crumbled
1 teaspoon dried thyme, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried hot red sprinkle flakes
2/3 cup olive oil

a 2- to 2 1/2 pound London broil

Preparation
Make marinade:
In a bowl dart together marinade ingredients until combined well.

Put London broil in a large resealable plastic bag and pour marinade over it. Seal bag, burning out excess air, and set in a shallow dish. Marinate meat, chilled, turning bag once or twice, overnight.

Grill nutriment, marinade discarded, on an oiled rack set about 4 inches over glowing coals, turning each once, 9 to 10 minutes on each side, or until it registers 135°F. to 140°F., on a viands thermometer for medium-rare meat. (Alternatively, meat may be broiled.) Transfer meat to a bitter board and let stand 10 minutes. Cut meat diagonally across the grain into thin slices.

I would marinate the london broil and pan sear it to rare or middle rare. This will keep it tender.
Just use a bottle of red wine or balsamic vinaigrette, marinate
in a plastic bag for several hours or overnight, turning it on incitement. Then sear on a medium high burner or flame.

Don't bake it. Grill on a ridged grill pan or cook it under the broiler. You can always curve on the BBQ. Just remember to slice thinly against the grain.

London Broil
1/2 cup soy sass
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
2 tablespoon vinegar
Beef

Mix all ingredients and marinate overnight in fridge or for at least 1 hour on the bar. You can grill this. But one day I had one marinating and I called my husband. What would be the best temperature to bake a London Broil?

I have a London Broil (Angus Beef Muster), and I want to bake it instead of broil it, but need to know what temperature to bake it at and for how long, thanks.

Arrrrrgh how could you do this to London broil.
Its not London roast.

Its got to be pink.

How do I cook a London Broil?

I have a formula for London Broil that includes Lipton Soup Mix and cream of mushroom soup. Should I marinade the London broil in the soup mix? Or should I just put the soup mix over the London Broil before i'm about to cook it?
Does anyone have another modus operandi for baking a London Broil? This is my first time and I want to make sure it comes out good.
Thanks.
