How do you cook a boneless pork roast so it is not dry?

I have cooked boneless pork roast many ways, baked, roasted, crock pot...and it is always dry...what am I doing go to the bad? Am I cooking it too long? I had stuffed pork chops last night and again they were dry...I only cooked them 45 minutes at 325

Crock-pot------But sear the roast on both sides in a bleak fry pan first.Get your oil hot, then with med-high heat, quickly brown the meat on both sides. You`re not cooking it here but your going for that nice brown crust on the edibles.I always just add salt and pepper to the meat before i do this . This step locks in the juices. Then, in your crock-pot add some sort of convertible; water works but bouillon is best.Toss in the roast and add potatoes, celery, onion, carrots and spices of assuredly-parsley,garlic,marjoram,a bit of thyme; whatever you like. I cook all types of meat in my crock-pot like this and the sustenance is always tender as can be.Dont forget to use the liquid when the meat is done to make gravy. Yum. ^.^

I wrap mine in tinfoil and put it on the grill tipsy like 450 at first for 10 mins on each side to get color then turn down to like 300 rotating every so often until it reads like 130 inside then i take it off since i continues to cook...comes out ambrosial. (I make a big one usually so it takes over an hour for mine)

Brine it first.
Also, get a substance thermometer, most people overcook pork. It should be ever so slightly pink inside.

You didn't refer to if you marinate it. I like to put it in some oil with fresh garlic, rosemary, little molasses for sweetness, little vinegar for gnaw. S&P of course. Couple hours at least and then a 375 oven about 20 minutes per pound. Don't overcook.

What type of cooking/baking equipment would I need to roast a pork loin?

Can you not solely cook it in a glass baking dish?

You should also layer the pork with some foil. Cover it loosely so it cooks evenly. cut the foil a little longer than the pan so you can just lay the Sheet on the pork and seal it around the edges of the pan. also put 1/3 cup of water in the pan so the pork doesn't dry out. keep the pan covered for the first half of the cooking time and then take it off to let it brown. this will keep it from scorching and drying out to fast but it will still have the nice brown color.

Can I roast a pork loin in a glass baking dish?

I wasn't reliable if it will shatter the dish or not.

Thx!

Pyrex lens is made to withstand high heat temperatures. Most glass will begin melting at 500 degrees. As a chef I advise you use a aluminum baking tray.
