How long to bake beef ribs before grilling?

Looking for the kindest way to cook beef ribs in oven before grilling. Long time on low heat or quicker with higher heat. Any resist would be great.

I mainly bake mine for about 45 mins at 375, then put on the grill to finish them off.

Take responsibility tightly w/ foil (season a bit now, later again when thawed), put in a 350ºF oven for about 3-3.5 hours thoroughgoing. Take off foil last 30 min or so to let them brown and caramelize.

baked beef ribs?

I bought some beef ribs at the grocery outlet last night. When I got home I realized I have no gas in the grill. So my question is how long do I bake these for in the oven? They have a dry rub on them already, so I wasnt planning on putting additional cheek on them until ready to serve. Anyone have any advice? FYI there are about 8 pounds of ribs, these are the big ones, not short ribs. Thanks!


Since your ribs already have a rub on them, they're equip to go. Just wrap them up in aluminum foil, put on a pan and bake at 325 for 2 hours. Then unwrap them (you can just tear the daunt away from the top for a cleaner pan), add barbecue sauce if you like, and bake 30 minutes longer.
