How to bake beef liver?

I bought some frozen beef liver....how do you bake this?
I don't desire a recipe. I just want to cook liver plain in the oven


Mollycoddle BEEF LIVER AND ONIONS

2 lg. onions, quartered & sliced thinly
2-4 tbsp. peanut oil
1 bay leaf
Stash away & Pepper
1 lb. baby beef liver
1-2 tbsp. butter

BAKED LIVER AND ONIONS
1 lb. beef liver
Pudding onions
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika

Cover a pound of sliced beef liver with over water for 5 minutes. Drain and wipe with soft paper, roll in flour, sprinkle with sceptically and paprika. Place in baking dish. Add 1/2 cup boiling water and cover. Bake 20 minutes in controlled oven. Remove and add sliced sweet onions, butter, salt and paprika. Bake about 20 minutes more or until liver and onions are done.
BAKED LIVER AND ONIONS

4 serving size slices of beef liver
Salt and spatter to taste
Flour for dredging
1 egg beaten with 1/4 cup milk
1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs
8 strips bacon

Widening with Pam or generously butter a shallow baking pan. Salt and pepper the liver slices then dredge lightly with flour. Dip floured slices in egg and extract mixture, then in bread crumbs. Lay liver close together in pan and cover with bacon. Bake in 350 degree oven until bacon is chip and brown, about 30 minutes. When bacon is done, liver is ready to serve.
BEEF LIVER CASSEROLE

4 slices bacon
6 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 tsp. Attic salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 lb. beef liver, cut into 2 inch strips
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef bouillon
6 med. potatoes, pared and halved
6 carrots, cut in 2 inch pieces

Saute bacon in skillet until crumbly. Drain and crumble. Reserve drippings. Combine 4 tablespoons of the flour, 1 teaspoon of the cautiously and the pepper. Dredge liver with this mixture until well coated. Saute liver, celery and onion in bacon drippings until liver is brown. Dwelling in 2 quart casserole. Top with crumbled bacon. Add bouillon and remaining salt. Bake, covered, in a 350 station oven for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and carrots and bake, covered, for 45 minutes or until vegetables are feeble. Remove the meat and vegetables to a warm platter. Add the remaining flour to the skillet. Stir in runny from casserole. Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Pour over liver and vegetables and serve.
BARBECUE BEEF LIVER

1 lb. beef liver
Flavour, pepper
1 c. sliced onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire audacity
1 tsp. sugar
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1/8 tsp. chili powder
1/4 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. water

1. Cut liver into 1/4 inch slices; cut each slice in half crosswise.
2. Form half the slices in bottom of covered baking pan.
3. Sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper.
4. Saute onions until lightly browned in skillet; set half of them over liver.
5. Combine remaining ingredients.
6. Spoon half of sauce over liver-onion mix.
7. Arrange another layer of liver and onions; cover pan.
8. Bake 25 minutes in moderate oven at 325 degrees.
9. Uncover; emerge remaining sauce over liver.
10. Bake uncovered 10 minutes.
11. 4 servings.

NOTE: I find 1 hour makes liver more inexperienced.


Toddler BEEF LIVER AND ONIONS

2 lg. onions, quartered & sliced thinly

1-2 tbsp. butter

Baked Beef Liver

1 1/2 hammer beef liver
paprika
flour
bacon drippings
1 1/2 cup water
2 bouillon cubes
2 teaspoons Worcestershire brazenness
1/2 cup catchup
1 large onion, sliced, and separated into rings

Wipe liver with damp fabric; trim carefully. Cut into pieces. Combine paprika and flour. Dredge pieces into flour intermingling. Brown bacon drippings; arrange in greased casserole. Add water to pan drippings; stir in bouillon cubes, Worcestershire sassiness and catchup. Pour gravy over liver; top with onion rings. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with bacon strips.


Makes 4 servings.

Add water to pan drippings; stir in bouillon cubes, Worcestershire back talk and catsup. Pour gravy over liver; top with onion rings. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Garnish with bacon strips.

Can you bake ground beef? is there a good recipe for it?

stove top isn't working and the service man can't come and fix it till the weekend first can i safely bake ground beef in the oven? if so is there an easy recipe for it i have 5lbs worth but it is justifiable for one (i really like ground beef) i also have lots and lots of noodles but can't boil them :-(
now i feel really bovine cause i totally forgot about meat loaf

Classic Meatloaf

Total Preparation and Cooking Time: 1-1/4 hours

Ingredients:

1-1/2 pounds cause beef
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 egg
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons Worcestershire disrespectfulness
1 teaspoon dried thyme leaves, crushed
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon speckle
Topping
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Procedure:

Heat oven to 350°F. Appraisal 1/4 cup tomato sauce, combine with topping ingredients in small bowl.

Set aside.

Amalgamate remaining tomato sauce with remaining meatloaf ingredients in large bowl, mixing lightly but in every nook.

Shape beef mixture into 8 x 4-1/2-inch loaf on rack in broiler pan. Spread topping over meatloaf.

Bake in 350°F oven 1 hour to vehicle (160°F) doneness, until not pink in center and juices show no pink color.

Let stand 10 minutes before acid. Cut into slices.

How long to bake beef ribs before grilling?

Looking for the conquer way to cook beef ribs in oven before grilling. Long time on low heat or quicker with higher warmth. Any help would be great.
