I am making dinner tonight for my manage and I am an idiot in the kitchen. How do I cook 2 boneless chicken breasts? I plan to bake them in the oven but I do not know how long or at what temperature so that they are fully cooked but not burned.
Naked thing, I know. But I am not talented in the kitchen. Thanks!
375, no more than 25 minutes. A good marinade helps, too. I like Italian salad dressing.
Tried you can, but make absolutely sure the center is done when you eat it. Set the oven at 275-300 degrees, cover it until the last 20 minutes, and system to cook it for longer than you normally would. Some people here are saying like 350 or 375, but that is too hot if it's frozen. . . you will end up with it dry on the surface and raw in the center. You need a lower setting, and give it time to thaw and cook in the heat evenly.
This is to agree upon a debate between my wife and I. I say 375 for 45 minutes and she says 425 for 60 minutes. So community, Jelly Bean and I are looking to you for boost. Thanks!
I have always had this hard. I have found from trial and error that chicken breasts can dry out or become some what tough if baked to long or too fast on a high temp, so to clear up my problem I started browning them first in a little olive oil and then placing them in the oven at 325 for about 35-45 minutes depending on thickness of without a doubt. You will find that the breasts will be nice and juicy and so tender you will be able to cut with a fork.. I hope you will be pleased.
