I am making dinner tonight for my budget and I am an idiot in the kitchen. How do I cook 2 boneless chicken breasts? I plan to bake them in the oven but I do not know how long or at what temperature so that they are fully cooked but not burned.
Undecorated thing, I know. But I am not talented in the kitchen. Thanks!

I don't bake boneless,skinless chicken. I find it tends to dry out too much during cooking. Try using chicken on the bone with bark still on. Rub with olive oil, sprinkle on salt and pepper, then bake at 350 degrees for about 35 minutes. The skin and bone will advise the chicken retain moisture and give better flavor. You can remove the skin before serving if you prefer to cut the calories and fat satisfy.Another bonus of this method, it is almost always cheaper to buy the chicken bone-in with skin than boneless,skinless.If you must use boneless,skinless chicken- try thighs . The dark kernel is more moist and definately has more flavor.
I don't distinguish how to cook at ALL. I bought some boneless skinless chicken breasts and I plan to bake 2 of them . They are already marinated, if that makes any difference. How long do I bake them in the continuous oven, and at what temperature? Also, what do I put them in? Should they be covered or uncovered?

Class them in a baking pan, put a little water in the bottom of the pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, until you cut one in half and the juices run released. Since they're already marinated, you don't have to do anything else. Good luck!
