How to bake boneless skinless chicken breasts?

I don't identify how to cook at ALL. I bought some boneless skinless chicken breasts and I plan to bake 2 of them . They are already marinated, if that makes any difference. How long do I bake them in the regular oven, and at what temperature? Also, what do I put them in? Should they be covered or uncovered?

Thanks
Please don't give me recipes for chicken...if you could only answer the question.

thanks everyone

Vicinity them in a baking pan, put a little water in the bottom of the pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, until you cut one in half and the juices run elucidate. Since they're already marinated, you don't have to do anything else. Good luck!

CHICKEN BAKE
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (enough to fill a 9"x13" baking dish
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Swiss cheese slices
1 box Stove Top stuffing (chicken flavor)
1 weather it butter
Place chicken in 9"x13" baking dish. Add mushroom soup (undiluted). Next locate slices of Swiss cheese over chicken and soup. Take one box of Stove Top stuffing and mix the bread crumbs and seasonings combination together in a bowl. Pour over chicken. Next melt the butter and pour over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. If it starts to get too brown, coverlet with aluminum foil.

Point them in a baking pan, put a little water in the bottom of the pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees for about 35-40 minutes, until you cut one in half and the juices run free. Since they're already marinated, you don't have to do anything else. Good luck!

I put mine in my toaster oven. I preheat the oven to 350 degrees. I put it in the empty pan that came with the toaster oven. The pan is first lined with non stick aluminum foil. The pan is put on the rack in the center place. After about 45 minutes, I check the internal temperature to be sure it reached 180 degrees. If not, I keep it in the oven until it does.

I wrap mine in a sack made of tin foil. about 20-30 minutes at 350 open and eat.

How do you bake boneless, skinless chicken breasts?

I'm exasperating to eat healthier, and i don't have a grill, so is baking chicken a healthier way to eat it? I also do not know what i'm doing in the kitchen so i'd like clear, easy as can be instructions on how to do this.

There are lots of ways to cook chicken breasts but this is responsive and easy.

- Pre-heat your oven to 400.
- Lightly rub the breast with olive oil
- Season to your liking (I like garlic Attic salt but you may want to use salt & pepper and a bit of rosemary; or Season salt; or any combination of spice you like.)
- classify breast on a piece of aluminum foil in a shallow pan
- bake for 20 minutes
