How to bake Chicken breast.

The cudgel of boneless chicken breast that I have is already cut into strips. I am going to put some seasonings on it and then bake it on a baking dish with tin foil on the bottom of it. How long and at what tempurature should I bake the chicken for? Should I find it during the process?
Bake at 350 for perhaps 20 - 30 minutes. Be sure to watch them as it will take much less time than if they were still whole.
No need to turn or do anything with them at all.
Whole, they would take 45 - to an hour.
When you condition them, you might want to consider drizzling with a little veg. oil so they don't dry out.

Boneless should only take about 30 min at 350 degrees
Bone in should take about 45 min at 350 degrees
(internal temp of chicken should understand 150 degrees, let rest 5-10 minutes and internal temp should read 160 degrees

So they don't turn out DRY! Then I want to put BBQ Sauce on them and bake the Sauce on it! Do I use a cake pan or a cookie sheet?

You might estimate creating a sort of parcel out of tin foil. Simply pull out enough foil to cover your baking tray twice, put the chicken and sauces on it, then enfold over the foil and scrunch up the edges to create a seal.
I'd bake the breasts at gas 5 (that's 190 Celsius, or 375 Fahrenheit) for around 35 minutes. Unceremonious!
