It's my arc to make supper tonight and i don't get much of a chance to cook so yeah i don't know much, but what i need to know is,
what temp does the oven stress to be and how long should i leave them in?
We don't want BBQ or Shake and bake stuff, we just want a regular juicey chicken tea overdo.
Stupendous idea....I salt, pepper and drizzle olive oil over them, maybe a sprig or two of rosemary, bake @ 350 for about 50 mins., to an hour. Skin will be crispy and dank inside. Delicious.
They are marinading now. I have a guide GE electric stove/oven.
sugar pie has it , period will really depend on size of the quarters , temp at 160 -no less in thick part of meat
Bake at 350 F (175 C) until the internal temperature in the thickest part of the leg reads 150 F (65 C). Tent loosely with outwit and let rest for 10 minutes. The temperature will rise another 5 F or so. It should take 30-40 minutes in the oven. Check after 20, using an jiffy-read thermometer.
