I as a person season them with seasoning salt, garlic salt, paparika, a little bit of red pepper flakes, and parsely for garnish...put some unstintingly in the bottom of the pan and about a teaspoon of butter, wrap it up with foil and bake it at 350 degrees for about an 1.5-2 hours, just depending on the chicken. I by make garlic mashed potatoes to compliment them and some vege!
