BARBECUED CHICKEN WINGS

1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
1 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup chopped lemon grass
8 cloves garlic -- chopped
1/2 teaspoon white stipple
1/4 cup minced cilantro root or coriander root
1 teaspoon turmeric

This barbecue recipe is prevalent with street vendors.

Combine the ingredients for the marinade in a blender. Rinse chicken wings in cold moisten.

Place the chicken wings into a Ziploc bag with the marinade and leave in the refrigerator overnight.

Barbecue the wings over compromise hot coals for 5-7 minutes on each side (turning once, half way through) until they are cooked through and golden brown.

Sprinkle dried beef into 3-quart casserole. Devise chicken thighs, rounded side up, in casserole. Top each with 1/2 cup of sliced bacon. Combine next 3 ingredients and beat until blended.

Teem over chicken. Cover tightly with lid on foil and bake in preheated oven at 325 degrees for 2 hours. Remove lid and bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and fight for on noodles. Serves 6.

QUICK CHICKEN THIGH PIE

6 chicken thighs
1 pkg. yeast
2 tbsp. warm water
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1/2 c. shortening
1 c. tap or buttermilk
Cornstarch
Salt
Pepper

Salt and pepper chicken thighs. Start cooking thighs alone. (Quilt with plastic wrap and start in microwave, or cook uncovered in oven.) Save all juices for fluent in the pie. Dissolve yeast in water. Put flour in large bowl and cut in shortening. Add milk and yeast A-one. Mix; knead lightly. Lay out half of dough in pie pan; cook the pie crust alone in oven at 350 degrees for about 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, make good lattice strips out of rest of dough. After about 3 minutes of precooking bottom pie crust, remove from oven. Crowd off chicken juice into small bowl, add cornstarch to thicken. Arrange thighs with thickened juices on pie crust. Criss-combination strike out lattice on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.


Overlay the chicken in butter, then roll in bread crumbs.

I like to soak my chicken in salted water for 60-minutes..
Earlier to that..I wash the chicken alot--until the water is clear..(no blood)..

Pre-heat the oven=400[F]/
Marinate the chicken in something..like-Soy Sass and Blk Pepper/or/
Worcheshire Sauce--or--BBQ(sauce)about 2-hours(in the refridgerator)..
Useing a Flour MIX..and egg wash--greatcoat the chicken..with flour--then egg--then flour again..
Fry in some oil--just to brown..they will be completly raw inside--
Use a Medium heat..maybe norm-high..place on a rack in a baking pan(be sure to spray the rack)..
Place those browned pieces interior the 400[F]oven..after 5-minutes..drop the Tempature to 325[F]..and bake about 50-minutes(minimum)..drive off the oven..and leave the chicken inside for a additional 30-minutes(you can cover the chicken)..to keep it moist--or NOT--needs adjustments/
