I dont have knowledge of if you like buffalo wings or not but if you do if the wings you bought were raw wings, go buy some texas pete buff. sauce and bake on shallow pan at 350 degrees for and hour then on 250 for around 40 min. they are huge. Best to buy a rather large pack of wings. Trust me you will LOVE this recipe, not too hot either.


I tenderness mine baked in a slow oven, 325 degrees for an hour after I've sprinkled on garlic and onion powder.

Anything can be cooked at 350F and around out good =)

Preheat the oven(400F) and then drop it down to 350F when you put the wings in or the outside will burn before the inside is cooked.

If you have a basics thermometer check it for doneness(175-180 degrees) figure approx. 30-40 minutes cooking point.
